and OTU_0011 Boudiera spp.) were positively correlated with yield under control conditions ( P value < 0.01; R > 0.10), while two showed a negative correlation, one under control conditions (OTU_0001 Chaetomiaceae; P value = 0.003; R = − 0.18) and one under drought that was almost significant (OTU_0019 Rhizophydiales; P value = 0.058; R = − 0.11) (Fig. 2 a).
