Outcome events In both placebo- and empagliflozin-treated patients, patients with prHT were generally at increased risk for all outcomes compared with patients with no-prHT—with the only exception of all-cause mortality in the placebo group which only showed a weak trend in this respect (heart rate 1.13, 95% confidence interval, 0.82–1.56 for prHT vs. no-prHT).
Table 1 shows that only 2 out of 12 variables correlated with Ca 2+ -spike in terms of coactivated spine numbers, whereas both D-spike and global Na + -spike initiation threshold spine numbers did not correlate significantly with any tested variable, with a weak trend for a positive correlation between spine distribution and global Na + -spike initiation ( Fig 8C ).
Although the sample size for each year was small, the number of years since the training period was not a significant predictor of the strength of response, but there was a weak trend towards a decrease in strength of response to playbacks conducted two or more years after the training period versus those conducted earlier (Fig. 4 , Table 5 ).
