With respect to the 3-group rmMANOVA including the control group the predicted interaction of GROUP x BODYPART was shown only with a trend towards significance ( F (2,41) = 2.74, p = 0.077, and η p 2 = 0.118) ( Figure 1 , Table 3 ).
The interaction term between electrical stimulation and hypoglycemia nonetheless showed a trend towards significance (t = −1.7898, p = 0.0776), implying a potential interaction effect between the two predictors.
Regarding the speed of subtraction performance, only 430 mg evinced a trend towards significance ( p = 0.078: d = 0.42), but all active treatments were numerically superior to placebo, confirming that speed of subtraction performance was not compromised at the expense of tracking accuracy (see Figure 5 ).
A trend towards significance was noted for the number of liposuction sessions performed and health status concerning lymphatic disease ( P = .078), whereas the number of liposuction treatments did not seem to affect QoL ( P = .197).
However, only a trend towards significance ( P = 0.078) was reached and no correlation with other clinicopathological parameters could be discovered.
There was a trend towards significance when asked if the student would take a course offered in the format, with a preference for € ̃Zoom’ ( t (4) = −2.359, p = .078).
Furthermore only the β -TCP/PMMA scaffold had a significantly higher mineral volume present in the defect region compared to the autograft treatment ( Figure 4(e) ) ( P = 0.037); the mineral volume of the β -TCP scaffold showed a trend towards significance ( Figure 4(e) ) ( P = 0.078).
Results did not show significant main effects ( p > 0.05), but a trend towards significance of the stimulation condition (F(2,38) = 3.026, p = 0.078, partial η 2 = 0.137), with lower accuracy in the left (mean = 0.83; SEM = 0.033) than in the right (mean = 0.89; SEM = 0.023) stimulation condition and sham (mean = 0.88; SEM = 0.031), as well as a significance trend for hand view (F(1,19) = 3.736, p = 0.068, partial η 2 = 0.164), with lower accuracy for palm (mean = 0.84; SEM = 0.03) than dorsum (mean = 0.89; SEM = 0.028).
APc in MIG patients [accuracy 76% ± 9.3% SE, Cohen's d = 0.72, sensitivity: 76%, specificity 76%, two-sided binomial test P = 0.026] with a trend towards significance for CTRL group [accuracy: 71% ± 9.9% (SE), Cohen's d = 0.59, sensitivity 71%, specificity: 71%, two-sided binomial test: p = 0.078].
In contrast, low nNO (<200 nl/min) was not significantly correlated with any of these respiratory symptom categories, although a trend towards significance was observed for increase in ARS (p = 0.078; Table 3 ) and PCD (p = 0.071; Table 3 ) symptoms.
Overall, the results showed that CD4 + T cells and CD8 + T cells had a statistically significant positive correlation (correlation coefficient r = 0.73, p <0.05) and a moderate positive correlation with a trend towards significance (correlation coefficient r = 0.49, p = 0.078) in PII-A and PII-C, respectively ( Figure 5 H).
However, only a trend towards significance was found as far as the effect of disease duration was concerned ( b = 0 . 01; OR = 1.01, 95% CI [1.00, 1.03]; z = − 1.77; p = 0.078).
This correlation remained significant after adjusting for maternal BMI ( r = –0.18, P = 0.027), and showed a trend towards significance after adjusting for maternal age ( r = –0.16, P = 0.078).
Hypertension showed a trend towards significance (OR 2.65, 95% CI: 0.98 to 7.15, p = 0.078).
For the hard-discriminability condition, a trend towards significance was found [ t (21) = 1.9; p = 0.078].
Multivariate analysis revealed a significant effect for time (Wilks’s Lambda = 0.046, F(4,15) = 12.108, p = 0.001, η 2 = 0.954, power = 0.998) and a trend towards significance for group effect ( p = 0.078).
Although ECS and the presence of perineural invasion demonstrated a trend towards significance ( p =0.078; p =0.067), it did not reach the threshold for statistical significance.
Furthermore, as shown in Figure 2 , Spearman correlation test demonstrated an inverse correlation with a trend towards significance between ECT dosage and PaO 2 /FiO 2 ratio at nadir (Rho = −0.248, p = 0.078).
Subgroup analysis on the basis of age indicates a significant reduction in the Total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol and LDL-2 subfraction in adolescents over 17 years old at week 16 ( P= 0.0049, P= 0.0176 and P =0.0264, respectively), but only a trend towards significance in the younger age group ( P= 0.0783 for Total cholesterol and P= 0.0833 for LDL-cholesterol).
Twenty-seven/306 (8.8%) sequences harbored the RAS 499A (FC = 6 to NNi deleobuvir; FC = 1.4 to NNi dasabuvir): 17/137 (12.4%), were from USA, 6/69 (8.6%) from Europe and 4/100 (4%) from Asia, this result showing a trend towards significance, P = 0.0788.
There was also a significant difference for the Borg dyspnoea scale before treatment and a trend towards significance after treatment (p=0.079) for the patients treated with mepolizumab.
However, educational level showed a trend towards significance (ANOVA F = 2.58, p = 0.079), with diploma holders rating human factors slightly higher than other groups.
There was also a trend towards significance in difference scores for the total number of sight words read correctly in 45 s (Right: 1.15 ± 5.29, Left: −1.82 ± 4.5, Mean ± SD; F (1,35) = 3.27, p = 0.079 ).
Age only showed a trend towards significance ( p = .079).
Furthermore, post-TPDT (mm) exhibited a trend towards significance (U = 212.00, p = 0.079), signifying a notable group difference and a substantial reduction in values among participants assigned to the EG.
