The main finding of this study is a significant genotype effect on TOL (F = 6.902, p = 0.009) and FFDI performances (F = 7.125, p = 0.008) as well as a strong trend on SOPT error scores (F = 4,996 p = 0.026) and Digit Span performance (F = 6.28, p = 0.023).

Moreover, there was a strong trend toward improved OS in favor of the retifanlimab arm (median OS: 29.2 months vs. 23.0 months; HR 0.70; 95% CI 0.49–1.01; p = 0.0273), although survival data were immature at data cutoff [ 43 ].

There was an overall effect of ramipril, which reduced the annualized slope of the mean maximum IMT (intimal medial thickness) versus ramipril placebo (p = 0.033), and there was a strong trend for benefit in the ramipril 10 mg/day group versus ramipril placebo (p = 0.028).

For SNP2, we observed a significant association for the C allele and a strong trend for a RA linkage (AFBAC, RA index cases 66.5% versus controls 56.7%, P = 0.04; TDT, 59.7% of transmission versus 50%, P = 0.06) (Table 2 ).
However, at one month, a strong trend between reduced AD in affected nerves and RNFL thinning and mfVEP amplitude attenuation in affected eyes at six months (RNFL: R = 0.38, p = 0.04; mfVEP: R = 0.41, p = 0.02) was observed.
For both the 80°C and 90°C burns there was a strong trend of increasing perfusion with time post-burn, with B/N ratios at day 7 significantly higher than at 24hrs and day 3 (p ≤ 0.04, p ≤ 0.03). 4 Discussion An effective burn model must have reliable and consistent tissue injury.
Interestingly, inflammation level in the two groups of patients showed a strong trend towards a positive correlation ( χ 2 = 4.167, P = 0.041 ) ( Supplementary Figure 1 and Table 1 ), indicating a more pro-inflammatory microenvironment in patients with advanced fibrosis although their viral parameters and other clinical characteristics were comparable.

ACEi/ARBs (46%) and CCBs (27%) accounted for the majority of these (Table 3 ). Baseline SBP ≥ 130 mmHg (OR: 5.32; 95% CI: 0.94-29.99; p = 0.058) had a strong trend towards significance as a univariate predictor of development of HTN, and treatment with an ACEi or ARB (OR: 4.88; 95% CI: 1.05-22.84; p = 0.044) was a significant univariate predictor of development of pazopanib-induced HTN (Table 4 ).
A strong trend associated with IPV was also seen for young women who agreed with one statement of male superiority (OR, 2.298, 95% CI: 1.014–5.210, p = 0.046).
