Interestingly, while the rate of living ova‐specific CD8 + T cells was not affected by Rab27a deletion in the primary tumour (Figure 5G ), we noted a slight trend towards reduced apoptosis of these cells, whereas CD8 + T cells specific for the endogenous tumour antigens Pmel and Dct (Tyrp2), which are both present in B16F10‐derived EVs (Table S1 ), showed a significant apoptosis reduction in LNs draining Rab27a ko tumours (Figure 5H‐5I ).
