While all Tween ® 20:enzyme solution mixtures yielded NPs with higher activity respective to those without Tween ® 20, the difference between the various mixtures was insignificant, showing only a slight trend towards higher activity correlated to a higher amount of Tween ® 20 in the initial solution, as well as the trend towards higher Tween ® 20:β-Glu molar rapports ( Figure 4 , Table 5 ).
