A series of genes closely related to autophagy regulation (elongation of autophagosomes, autophagosome maturation, nucleation of autophagosomes, et al.), such as members of ATG (autophagy related genes) family, beclin 1-associated autophagy-related key regulator (ATG14), autophagy-related protein 9 A (ATG9A), ubiquitin-like modifier-activating enzyme ATG7 (ATG7),showed a significant trend of up-regulation in the Baso stage comparing to Pro ( Fig. 7 A).
The ionization energy of SMX did not form a significant trend, indicating that the intermediate products of sulfonamide were not significantly more inclined to undergo oxidation reaction, while in terms of electron affinity energy, except for sulfonamide which had a higher electron affinity energy, the electron affinity energies of substances Nos. 4, 5, and 6 were all negative, and the electron affinity energies of the others were not very high, which indicated that it was difficult for them to undergo reduction reaction.
Results of this study showed a higher percentage of children born to women with a lower iodine status during pregnancy, including those classified as having a mild-to-moderate deficiency, had suboptimal cognitive outcomes; meanwhile, a significant trend towards a lower risk of suboptimal classification with increasing maternal iodine status was also observed [ 147 ].
In the figure, according to the expression trend of all metabolites, it is divided into 9 expression modules, and the expression trends of metabolites that can be clustered into each module are close, a cluster with a significant trend is regarded as an important object of interest, and the metabolites displayed by the cluster are searched in the relevant data, and the top 20 metabolites with significant differences are combined to screen out the data in Table S1 a/b.
In addition, the GhRF04 , GhRF06 , GhRF14 and GhRF18 genes all showed a significant trend of upregulated expression within 12 h after drought stress, whereas GhRF09 also showed a trend of upregulated expression during this time, but this upregulation was not as high as that found with the other four genes (Fig. 5 b).
