The distribution of RD thresholds for the Med-El participants overlaps with that for the other devices [ F (2,25) = 2.683, p = 0.088], albeit with a possible trend for the RD scores for the Med-El participants in the present study to be lower than those for Cochlear and AB participants reported by Archer-Boyd et al.
Whatever the concentration of plasmid DNA, ssbB Δ 7 and wildtype cells behaved similarly; a possible trend toward a ∼2-fold higher transformation rate in ssbB Δ 7 than in wildtype cells at high plasmid DNA concentrations was tentatively attributed to the increased protection of ssDNA in the former cells ( Figure 5 ).
Less closely aligned with observations of most [ 2 , 14 , 19 ], but not all [ 16 ], of the four previously published studies and of the single case report [ 20 ] examining the issue in patients with higher tumor burdens, our findings suggest only a possible trend towards a tumor sink effect of PSMA-targeted radiopharmaceuticals in the liver.
In the unadjusted analysis, overweight individuals (BMI 25–29.9 kg/m 2 ) had an OR of 1.22 (95% CI: 0.65–2.31; p = 0.538), and obese individuals (BMI ⩾30 kg/m2) had an OR of 2.10 (95% CI: 0.87–5.06; p = 0.100), suggesting a possible trend toward increased dementia risk.
Addition of UMEC to FF/VI resulted in improvements in trough FEV 1 and FEV 1 3 h post dose (post hoc analysis) in both subgroup populations (consistent across FF 100 μg- and FF 200 μg-containing therapies) and attack rates (FF 100 μg-containing therapies), with a possible trend for greater numerical improvements in these outcomes in patients without a history of severe attacks (prespecified analysis).
Finally, our data has identified a possible trend that patients with IBD are more likely to have a negative MRI SIJ and hence require spinal imaging for diagnosis of axSpA, but this needs further investigation and validation in larger axSpA cohorts before application in clinical practice, as this was only demonstrated in a small, post-hoc exploratory analysis.
