In HPV+ HNSCC, CTCs were correlated with advanced nodal classification, being more frequently found in N2B or higher (AJCC 7th edition), and had a nonsignificant trend with increasing tumor volume, but not T classification [ 90 , 91 ].
For radiation-associated angiosarcomas, we observed a nonsignificant trend towards a better median overall survival and metastasis-free survival compared to primary angiosarcomas.
The original results of the NEuroSIS study reported a nonsignificant trend towards higher mortality in the treatment group at time of BPD assessment [ 7 ].
Although the number of patients included in the substudies is small, there was a dose‐related decrease of CSF phosphorylated tau (p‐tau) and a nonsignificant trend toward diminished total tau. 3 In addition, there was as significant decrease in temporal, medial temporal, and frontal composites of standard uptake value ratios (SUVR) on tau positron emission tomography (PET).
Plasma leptin and insulin levels were similar in RC-fed Nrf2 −/− and Nrf2 +/+ mice, but consistent with their increased body fat content, HF-fed Nrf2 −/− and Nrf2 +/+ mice displayed increased plasma leptin and insulin levels, with a nonsignificant trend for reduced leptin levels in Nrf2 −/− mice ( Fig. 1G and H ).
Indeed, our randomised clinical trial showed a nonsignificant trend for reduction of LOS during the initial encounter (point estimate 0.5 days) and for overall hospitalisations (point estimate 0.7 days) within 90 days in the proADM-enhanced compared with the control group.

This interpretation seems plausible as both SART and P300 data did show a nonsignificant trend towards worse performance in the premanifest group.
The association between antihistamine use and incident osteoarthritis supports the findings of mechanistic studies that implicated a number of allergic pathways in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis: (1) activated and degranulating mast cells are statistically increased in the synovium of patients with osteoarthritis ( 17 ), and there is a nonsignificant trend between the numbers of synovial mast cells and the severity of osteoarthritis ( 18 ); (2) mast cell activation and the release of tryptase mediate synovitis and the breakdown of joint tissue in osteoarthritis ( 17 , 19 , 20 ); and (3) genomic analyses identified associations between interleukin-4 (IL-4) and IL-4 receptor gene polymorphisms and the development of osteoarthritis ( 21 – 24 ).
A nonsignificant trend was reached at the aortic root/ascending aorta and the aortic arch in the intraindividual comparison in patients with both MRA acquisitions, which was probably due to the small sample volume.
Comparison of naive Cre + Rorc flox/flox and CD4‐Cre − Rorc flox/flox mice revealed a nonsignificant trend toward increased abundance of SFB in naive Cre + mice, which is consistent with the previously reported findings in CD4‐Cre + STAT3 flox/flox mice 47 .

The cumulative rate of 3-year OS and PFS rates was 64% and 53%, respectively.[ 13 ] Some studies about allo-HSCT for PTCLs showed a nonsignificant trend with better outcome in the population with AILT.[ 10 ] Twelve patients with advanced and refractory ENKL lymphoma, nasal type (ENKL) had undergone allo-HSCT, and seven cases were alive in sustained remission with a median follow-up of 13 months.[ 14 ] Only one case died of TRM during follow-up.[ 14 ] It is interesting to further clarify which subtype of PTCLs could be more susceptible to donor-derived immune cells.
