Regarding visual outcomes, although there was no statistically significant difference in final BCVA between the groups, the experimental group showed a favorable trend, with a higher proportion of patients experiencing vision improvement and a lower proportion with vision deterioration.

Lipid Metabolism In the pilot study of patients with MetS, TRE led to significant reduction of atherogenic lipids such as total cholesterol (~7%), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) (~11%) and non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels (~9%), and a favorable trend towards reduction was found for TG and LDL-C particle number [ 16 ].

In our investigation, a favorable trend in DCR was observed.

Conclusion This analysis reflects a favorable trend in recognizing the need for TVR and PVR in patients with MCT, with associated increased cost but not mortality.

Unpublished results ( http://10.0.82.211/rs.3.rs-2451089/v1 Peili Bu) showed that TXL led to a decrease in fibrous cap thickness increase by 27.42 μm compared with the control group, improvement in lipid core angle, reduction in severity grading of angina pectoris, and improvement in quality of life (measured by using Seattle Angina Questionnaire score), showing a favorable trend in reducing composite endpoint events (eg, all-cause death, nonfatal MI, stroke, hospitalization due to angina pectoris).
