PS128 administration significantly decreased the mRNA level of Nos2 ( Figure 3 C; p < 0.0001), and we further noticed a decreasing trend in the level of iNOS protein in the PS128 group compared with those in the Rot group ( Figure 3 G, p = 0.0797).

FT3 and 25OH-vitD showed a decreasing trend across the three groups (FT3: P = 0.08, 25OH-vitD: P = 0.13).

Although it was not statistically significant, we also observed a decreasing trend in spontaneous inhibitory charge transfer in Scn8a D/+ mice (–20,424 ± 4,895 pA × s; P = 0.08; Figure 5E ). sIPSC recordings include both AP-induced synaptic transients as well as mIPSCs, which occur because of spontaneous vesicle fusion in the absence of an AP ( 48 , 49 ).

Similar to what was observed in pseudoglandular stage, canalicular stage HFLF displayed a decreasing trend of ACTA2 expression when treated with FGFR2 siRNA and rhFGF18 ( p = 0.08; Figure 2B ), whereas FGFR3 siRNA combined with rhFGF18 showed no change.
