In this study, we analyzed the time series changes in the production, social, ecological and landscape functions of the cultivated land in Hebei from 2000 to 2020 based on the functional index formula, and the results showed that all functions displayed increasing trends during the investigated years, except for the ecological function, which exhibited a decreasing trend ( Fig 2 ).

Genes that exhibit an increasing trend followed by a decreasing trend during the wound healing process are referred to as "rescue down" genes.

As shown in Table 3 , the population factor generally plays a major driving effect for the rise in energy consumption; the energy mixed effect has an increasing trend in the industrial and transport sectors, while the agriculture sector shows a decreasing trend in the current phase.

Figure 4 a–c demonstrate a decreasing trend in CO 2 adsorption amount with increasing temperature in all directions.

We could observe that training and validation loss showing a decreasing trend over epochs indicates that the model is learning effectively.

Posterior distributions of the age-modifier for growth rate of immunity (θ) values for Delta and Omicron infections showed a decreasing trend in age modifier value with increasing age ( S5 Fig).

Among them, meanHR and LFn are in a decreasing trend and other features are in an increasing trend.

A decreasing trend in PROs over time was previously reported as a long-term effect of RRM and IBR regardless of reconstruction type. 8 , 41 Studies comparing PROs of IBR and autologous breast reconstruction show a higher satisfaction with the breasts, overall outcome, and both psychosocial and sexual well-being in patients who undergo autologous reconstruction. 41 – 43 As all women are not suitable for or do not choose to undergo autologous reconstruction, IBR remains as an option.

From June to December, the proportion of cases included in these clusters displayed a decreasing trend, falling from 26.4% in June to 2.8% in November and 4.3% in December.

In all three groups, PR and SVV showed an increasing trend from the start of the experiment until the end of the controlled hemorrhage, while SV and MAP showed a decreasing trend (Fig. 6 A–C).

A decreasing trend in keratoplasty for keratoconus has been observed in certain countries,[ 9 ] which has been attributed to the success of corneal cross-linking and widespread use of specialty contact lenses.
