Examining the average binding intensity for sites common to SEP3–AG, SEP3 Δtet -AG and SEP3 shows that the intensity of binding follows a clear trend with the tetrameric SEP3–AG complex binding most strongly to DNA, followed by the SEP3 Δtet -AG complex and finally by the SEP3 homocomplex, which may be non-physiological as no specific function for the SEP3 homocomplex has been identified (Figure 3B ).
These calculations show that the energy level of the Sb−Sb σ‐bond in C is higher than that of the As−As σ‐bond in B , which is, in turn, higher than that of the P−P σ‐bond in A , showing a clear trend (Figure 1 ).
However, the local minimum in phase transition temperature for the 5 mol% gel with 2,4-DHBA is more pronounced compared to the polymer-additive system with m -HBA, where errors in particular for the NMR data are too large to yield a clear trend, while a higher precision due to generally larger shifts is achieved in case of 2,4-DHBA.
However, although men still comprise most of the physicians in Brazil, the medical profession has witnessed a notable increase in the presence of women, indicating a clear trend toward the feminization of medicine in the country. 1 , 2 According to the Medical Demography in Brazil, the percentage of male physicians in 2020 was 53.4%, compared to 57.5% in 2015 and 69.2% in 1990.
If there is a clear trend towards initiatives that are very similar to 3D, any improvements in care resulting from 3D may be matched by those that occur as a result of ‘secular trends’. 29 It is also expected that the various components of the intervention may not be uniformly implemented across practices, in part due to differences in context, for example, nurse roles, baseline arrangements for LTC care and whether the practice has their own pharmacist, and that this may be reflected in differences in outcomes.
