In summary, while CTS treatment did not induce significant changes in the overall proportions of CD3 + , CD4 + , CD8 + , or cytotoxic T cells, it showed a clear trend of reducing inflammatory cytokines and significantly alleviated T cell exhaustion, as evidenced by the reduction in PD-1+ T cells.
