As shown in Fig 3A , we did not find any significant change in the frequencies of Th17 cells in RA patients, although a clear trend toward a reduction over the low-sodium dietary regimen followed by an increase at the end of the study was observed.
Administration of rA1M showed a clear trend towards reduced proteinuria (i.e., albumin/creatinine ratio) with all concentrations of rA1M, with 2 × 5 mg/kg resulting in a significant reduction ( Figure 3 A).
