Although future research may elucidate the downstream effects of SAHA, there is a clear trend toward its applicability with new drug repurposing opportunities because (i) it has a good blood-brain barrier permeability [ 4 ]; (ii) It does not lead to massive transcriptional changes; and (iii) compared to other HDACi, it is active at nanomolar concentrations in a variety of cellular and animal models [ 5 , 6 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 ].
A clear trend reversal towards an informed knowledge circulation across the circular economy model of single-use plastics is ultimately essential to develop sustainable solutions to reject the disposable culture, stop the waste of natural resources, and reduce the consumption of oil or gas for plastic production and thus protect the climate.

Our findings confirm the beneficial clinical effects of HMW-HA by both subjective and objective parameters at 10, 12, and 20 weeks compared to the saline control group including gross and histological grades of the synovium and a clear trend showing less severe articular cartilage lesions assessed grossly and histologically when compared with the control group.
When the bathymetric distributions of individual species are considered ( Figure 3 ), the upper and lower depth limits are usually found to be shallower in the more oligotrophic eastern basins than in the more eutrophic western basins [87] . Despite the differences in size fractions analyzed, when taken together, these data reveal a clear trend of decreasing species richness with depth, particularly in the South Adriatic Sea.
