The combined counts of the S1, S2, and N antigens in the ELISPOT assay were associated with the number of symptoms First, we examined the combined spot counts of the S1, S2, and N antigens and the severity of COVID-19 in individual cases; however, a clear trend could not be established (Fig. 4 A).
