It is possible that the positive correlation between matrix density and branching revealed by RIMAC may be attributed to the relative simplicity of the platform; for example, the other models described in this review add supporting cell types and more closely mimic physiological vasculogenic/angiogenic processes. Nevertheless, these studies have revealed a clear trend: lower structural ECM protein concentrations allow ECs to proliferate and migrate more quickly in 3D microenvironments, thereby enabling the formation of vascular networks.
As the concentration of Eu in the La x Eu 1−x B 6 reaction is increased there is a clear trend of increasing amounts of B relative to M until the system becomes stoichiometric with EuB 6 (86% B or x = 1; Figure 2 B), with a slightly higher Eu content in La x Eu 1−x B 6 than was expected with x < 1 ( Figure 2 C).
The above results indicate a clear trend, namely, that the reduction in the mean maximal pullout strength after 360-degree turnback from full insertion increased with decreasing bone density. 3.3 Effect of the screw shape After full screw insertion, the conical screw obtained a larger mean maximal pullout strength than the cylindrical screw in the 7.5-pcf, 15-pcf, and 30-pcf groups.
We conclude that although the older subjects were unaware of changes in their handedness, a clear trend towards an equalization of hand performance under controlled (Experiment 1, Fig. 5 ) and everyday conditions (Experiment 2, Fig. 4 ) could be measured.
