Among the complexes, the Cu(II) derivative shows an exceptionally small gap and therefore the strongest charge-transfer character and highest predicted reactivity. Based on the calculated Δ E values, the electronic softness (reactivity) trend can be expressed as TSL1–Cu ≫ TSL1–Pb ≈ TSL1–Hg ≈ TSL1–Cd > TSL1, in strong agreement with the metal-induced polarization patterns observed in the MEP analysis. Quantitatively, the calculated frontier orbital energies (eV) and the associated HOMO–LUMO gaps (Δ E = | E HOMO – E LUMO |) for TSL1 and its metal complexes follow a clear trend (Table ).
Models were fitted as 4-parameter logistic regressions where the data showed a clear trend in responses across light treatments, with 10 and 50% impact levels subsequently determined. 10 and 50% impact levels were calculated in comparison to the controls (4.3 mol photons m −1 d −1 exposure at day 0).
While prevalence for childhood stunting and underweight are high in all of the countries surveyed (between 30-40% for stunting and 20-30% for underweight for many of the countries), a clear trend in the association between childhood undernutrition and maternal obesity or overweight does not emerge.
melanogaster ), the distribution of the LSE‐LAGs orthologs was almost identical to all LAGs; a clear trend was also observed for M. musculus , although it did not reach a statistically significant value, most likely because of the relatively low number of lifespan‐extending interventions in this model.
