There was no significant effect of bird weight (LR = 0.01, df = 1, p = 0.97) or being equipped with a GPS logger (LR = 0.13, df = 1, p = 0.67) on the proportion of time at sea, but stage of the breeding season had a highly significant effect (LR = 35.97, df = 1, p < 0.0001).
The results of the AMOVA using the mtDNA data showed that the genetic differentiation between lineages A and B was highly significant ( F CT = 0.750; p < 0.0001; Table 3 ).
Compared to the total number of candidate genes (2476) from the SSH.qtl intervals and the number of known genes on autosomes (22,644, also excludes mitochondrial genes and haplotypes) this result is highly significant ( p < 0.0001) based on a hypergeometric test, which suggests positive enrichment of CF genes in the identified SSH.qtl intervals.
Nevertheless, its effect remained highly significant (p < 0.0001), confirming a strong association between SF-AGR and PJI occurrence. 3.5 Receiver operating characteristic curve We used the PJI group as the positive sample and the aseptic revision group as the negative sample, and then performed feature modeling based on SF-AGR, SE-AGR, ESR, CRP, and SF-PMN% ( Figure 3 ).
Notably, a pronounced and highly significant difference was observed in SEP thresholds (F = 90.39, p < 0.0001, Figure 3(b) ).
Concordantly, enhanced expressions of CD24 and CD200 were observed in all three NB lines following cultivation in stem cell media, which was highly significant (p < 0.0001) for CD200 compared to both serum-supplemented incubations.
Mean breadth of cornea The mean breadth of cornea of the embryonic eye revealed highly significant difference among the groups (p ≤ 0.0001), post hoc analyses showed significantly higher (p ≤ 0.05) mean value for BFG than the CG and FG ( Table 1 ). 3.3.2.
This was also found to be statistically highly significant, with P < 0.0001.
Regardless of such variability in RA patients, there was a clearly significant difference between both groups (RA mean 1.2 ± 3.18% [0–19.50%] vs. healthy control mean 0.07 ± 0.1% [0–0.59%], p < 0.0001, Fig. 3 b upper panel).
