The proportional reductions in recurrence with dose-intense chemotherapy were similar and highly significant (p<0·0001) in oestrogen receptor (ER)-positive and ER-negative disease and did not differ significantly by other patient or tumour characteristics.
Excerpts
Group differences were modest at 25 μg/mL (GO vs MP, n.s.; GO@MP vs GO/MP, small but significant), but became highly significant from 50 μg mL −1 onward (two-way ANOVA with Tukey, ∗∗∗∗P < 0.0001 for GO@MP vs GO; frequently P < 0.001–0.0001 for GO@MP vs MP).
Without that outlier, the inverse correlation was highly significant but only with a moderate correlation coefficient (Spearman's r = −0.503; p = 0.0001).
Similarly, the correlation between ROTEM LowTF CT and rivaroxaban concentration was highly significant ( Figure 1 ), as was the correlation between LowTF CFT and rivaroxaban concentration (r = 0.516, p < 0.0001), and there was a significant negative correlation between LowTF MCF and rivaroxaban concentration (r = −0.194, p < 0.001).
As the storage time of the doogh samples was extended to 30 days, the increase in BPA concentration was again significant; the BPA concentration in the samples related to Brand #1 was 0.187 ± 0.003 mg/L (at this stage, the difference in average concentration compared to the first week and 2 weeks was highly significant; p < 0.0001).
For all the kits tested, there was a significant trend of increasing methylation levels with a severity of the disease (Cuzick tests for trend, p < 0.0001, Figure 6 .).
In Table 1 , the linear effect of BMI in the Cox model for men is insignificant ( p = 0.876), but the test of PH assumption is highly significant ( p = 0.0001).
Furthermore, contingency analysis showed that there was a highly significant increase in TPβ expression between benign/BPH versus Gleason 3/4/5, Gleason 3 alone, and also Gleason 4/5 ( P < 0.0001, all; Table 1B ).
The ANOVA data indicated that this regression model was highly significant ( p value < 0.0001) with an F value of 84.71.
As expected, we found a highly significant trend for increased concentrations of leptin with increasing levels of overweight or obesity ( P < 0.0001).
Our data clarify that onychomycoses prevalence is highly significant in diabetic patients ( p < 0.0001) compared with healthy ones.
Results identified no significant BMI x Group interaction for MVPA (p = .9146), and Zamzee intervention effects on MVPA remained highly significant in analyses that included BMI group as a factor (p < .0001).
coli had a highly significant ( P < 0.0001) correlation coefficient (>0.8) with 16 ARGs and 7 VFGs.
However, the mixture of 10 n m CM4620 and 1 m m galactose provided highly significant protection against BA-elicited necrotic cell death ( P < .0001) as compared to cell death levels in the presence of 10 n m CM4620 alone ( Figure 3A ).
The interaction between the population origin and the applied treatment showed a highly significant effect (F = 59.88, p ≤ 0.0001), suggesting that the response to damage is significantly modulated by the genetic origin of the plants ( Table S4 ).
Hence, when looking specifically at peritumoral tumor cell clusters as a surrogate of glial migration and infiltration, the average results between control condition (8 animals) and all chemokine groups were highly significant: CXCL10 (7 animals): 37 vs. 7 ( p < 0.0001), CCL2 (9 animals): 37 vs. 28 ( p = 0.0258), CCL11 (8 animals): 37 vs. 25 ( p = 0.0003) and the combination (7 animals): 37 vs. 24 ( p = 0.0070) ( Figure 3 D). 2.2.2.
Differences in the percentage of eggs hatching over time for the non-sterile and sterile WOL infusions were highly significant ( F = 105.27; df = 5, 40; P <0.0001).
The differences between R5 and non-R5 groups were highly significant in all 3 cases (p<0.0001).
A highly significant difference between the two groups was seen ( Q = 17.70, p < 0.0001).
A Mantel test comparing the three subgroups and surname classifications indicated highly significant (p-value = 0.0001 for 9999 repeats) correlations across the three subpopulation groups with the frequencies of surname origins.
Jarvinen and colleagues [ 84 ] evaluated topoIIα expression immunohistochemically in 230 breast cancer specimens and found a highly significant correlation with tumour proliferation rate measured by SPF (p < 0.0001).
Regarding in vitro drug release, the model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), with both Factor 1 (A: Ca3(PO4)) and Factor 2 (B: Trehalose) significantly influencing the response.
There was a decreasing trend of the risk with increasing children age at bereavement (trend χ 2 = 148.71, P < 0.0001).
Abnormal renal function tests (higher levels of serum urea and creatinine) were reported in our study and the difference was found to be highly significant (urea (p<0.0001) and creatinine (p=0.0019)) between the controls and cases.
ObStruct using Structure output at K = 2 and 8 sampling locations as predefined populations shows these to be strongly correlated ( R 2 = 0.39, P ≤ 0.0001) and using sampling locations with Structure output for K = 4 had a weaker correlation, though still highly significant ( R 2 = 0.27, P ≤ 0.0001).
