Following data reduction using PCA there was a highly significant difference in the PERMANOVA ( P =0.0001) in the post-test analysis between the following groups of cats: healthy and FORL-1 ( P <0.0001), FORL-1 and FORL-2 ( P <0.0001).
Excerpts
A highly significant effect of time was observed for SO 2 , Flow, and Velocity (all p < 0.0001), indicating a consistent increase in these parameters following regional anaesthesia.
The results obtained by the spectrophotometer reading at a wavelength of 488 nm were extremely significant: FPP ® induced a highly significant decrease ( p < 0.0001) in the blood ROS levels, directly related to the size of the tumor ( Figure 5 ).
The difference between WT and KO mice in the distribution of β-catenin expression was also highly significant (p < 0.0001, Mann-Whitney Test).
Most of the 17 spruce species had a ground diameter of approximately 2 cm, still, the differences among species were highly significant ( P < 0.0001), and the basal diameters ( BD 6 ) of P. meyeri and P. schrenkiana were relatively small, showing poor environmental adaptability (Fig. 3 B).
The log-rank test indicated highly significant differences in lifespan between control and mutant lines (p < 0.0001).
The primary analysis showed a highly significant treatment effect overall across all four time points (−17.4 mm; 95% confidence interval: −22.3 to −12.5 mm; p < 0.0001).
Moreover, the quadratic effects of all parameters are significant were highly significant (p < 0.0001).
TE enrichment in the ZFP57-bound subset of repeats was highly significant in comparison to the rest of genome (Fig. 1 c, P < 0.0001).
In this comparison, the difference found between the four haploidized strains and the haploid-at-all-times and diploid-at-all-times strains remains highly significant ( t -tests; p < 0.0001).
Levels of C3C in serum and heparin plasma of COPD patients had a highly significant correlation (R 2 = 0.86, p<0.0001).
darlingi varied across village, season, and biting behaviour (indoor vs outdoor), and was highly significant between rainy and dry seasons ( p < 0.0001).
ANOVA revealed highly significant differences among treatments ( p < 0.0001), and Tukey’s post hoc test confirmed that the combination exhibited significantly higher inhibition compared to salicylic acid ( p < 0.001) and ibuprofen ( p < 0.001) alone, while ibuprofen was also significantly stronger than salicylic acid ( p < 0.001).
CD19 + CCR7 + showed a highly significant decrease on day 7 ( P < 0.0001), followed by a further significant reduction on day 14 compared to day 3 and baseline.
For all reviewed patients, differences in outcome by review histology were highly significant (log-rank test: OS P < 0.0001, and EFS P < 0.0001).
Among secondary haemodynamic endpoints, a highly significant reduction in pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) was observed throughout the serelaxin infusion (largest difference in mean PAP vs. placebo: −5.17 mmHg at 4 h, P < 0.0001).
Suppression of HIP-1, HTT, and SP-1 by miR-128a mimic (55%, 36%, and 30% respectively) was highly significant compared to the negative control (NC) (p < 0.0001 by One-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post-hoc multiple comparison).
An extremely significant association was observed between molecular detection of viral RNA/DNA and occurrence of diarrhoea in dogs (OR 7.40, 95% CI: 4.04–13.55, p < 0.0001), thus confirming the important role played by viral agents in the development of gastrointestinal disease.
These groups had distinctly significant differences (F = 278.7, p < 0.0001, Figure 8 ).
The differences between Biodentine and ProRoot MTA were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
The concentration of β2-MG showed an increasing trend with medication for any disease ( p = 0.03), history of OCE ( p = 0.03), and period of OCE ( p = 0.01), and eGFR and age ( p < 0.0001), whereas it exhibited a decreasing trend with smoking history ( p < 0.0001), history of OCE ( p < 0.0001), and period of OCE ( p < 0.0001).
3 a): A one-way ANOVA showed a highly significant between-groups difference ( F (4,55) = 10.32; p = 0.0001).
The evaluation of the diagnosis showed A highly significant tendency (P < 0.0001 *) to: Gartland I Conservative conduct 87.2% and surgical Conduct-Gartland III 74.2% ( Table 2 ).
In the sensitivity analysis excluding single-study agents, the test of moderators remained highly significant (QM(df = 4) = 54.61, p < 0.0001), with moderate residual heterogeneity (τ 2 = 0.19; I 2 = 31%).
Comparisons of mean T cell frequencies in active and inactive SLE samples and controls revealed highly significant associations (P < 0.0001) with the disease in general, and confirmed the inverse correlation with disease severity in particular ( Fig. 6 C ).
