The 1–100 band is shown: in a two way ANOVA, merging 20 one-second epochs, with group as between factor and pre-post wave as within factor, a highly significant pre-post wave difference was found F(1,15) = 42, p<0.0001).
From a technical point of view, we achieved a highly significant intra‐ (Spearmans ρ = 0.8729, P < 0.0001***) or interobserver (Spearmans ρ = 0.8577, P < 0.0001***) agreement of manual GAM quantification.

Attending to their age we can consider two groups, one comprised by those with ages under 40 ky (R0, R5, R7 and R8) and the other with ages above 40 ky (R6, R30, R31, U, JT) with highly significant differences ( p < 0.0001) between the mean age of each group, 36.8 ± 1.59 and 53.4 ± 2.69 ky respectively.

For human genes, highly significant differences were found between G1 and G2 (F = 1.29; p <0.0001), G1 and G3 (F = 1.33; p <0.0001), or G1 and G4 exons (F = 1.33; p <0.0001), while none was found between G2 and G3 (F = 1.04; p = 0.4254), G2 and G4 (F = 1.03; p = 0.4285), or G3 and G4 exons (F = 1.00; p = 0.9243).
Likewise, the difference between the T1/T2 and T3/T4 groups was highly significant (p = 0.0001) ( Figure 3 ).
This effect is tested statistically by the interaction of Year by Group, which is highly significant ( F 3 . 15 , 588 . 97 = 25.24, P < .0001), indicating divergent longitudinal trajectories of auditory function between groups.
As shown in Figure S1a , HER2 mRNA expression levels among different patients exhibited highly significant correlation in the analyses by microarray and qRT-PCR (r = 0.94, p < 0.0001), validating the heterogeneous expression of HER2 mRNA in primary HER2-positive BCs.
