The linear regressions on age were all very highly significant ( P < 0.0001), accounting for a minimum of 61% of the variance.
Intraclass correlation analysis for somatic signs showed an estimate for heritability of 0.668 in mecamylamine treated animals and 0.318 in saline treated mice, consistent with the highly significant increase ( p < 0.0001) in somatic signs caused by mecamylamine treatment of nicotine‐exposed mice (11.82) versus saline treatment (3.24).
All vaccinated groups showed 0% mortality when challenged, which was highly significant compared to the non-vaccinated controls (40 and 28% mortality eight and twenty-six weeks post vaccination (wpv), respectively) (P<0.0001).
All regressions were highly significant ( F -value = 352.31, and p -value < 0.0001 for CLD % and F -value = 276.91, and p -value < 0.0036 for TS), and also the R 2 coefficients were adequate (0.988 for CLD %, and 0.998 for TS), demonstrating the models are suitable for representing the responses.
A global test for differences was highly significant (p<0·0001), as was a test for trend (p<0·0001, figure 3 ).
99m Tc HDP WB bone scan showed a moderately significant correlation (r = 0.5537, p < 0.0001).
Variances between the two seasons were highly significant ( P < 0.0001) for the two traits, contributing 26.2% and 50.7% to the total phenotypic variance for SSR and PE, respectively (Table 2 ).
Additionally, an ANOVA test evaluating intervention type revealed a highly significant F-statistic (2.195 × 10 28 ) with a p -value < 0.0001, emphasizing the strong impact of intervention strategies on relapse outcomes.
In sharp contrast to the lack of discernible directional preference in the horizontal chambers, we found that N2 dauer larvae demonstrated an enhanced and highly significant preference for upward migration in the vertical chambers under these conditions (average vertical location = +1.63, n = 4,358 worms, 12 trials; p < 0.0001, all comparisons) ( Figure 2 A and 2B).
The regression and correlation analyses between gestational age and the studied parameters were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
This was determined using a mixed RM 2-w ANOVA using arm location as the factor (all tests were highly significant p < 0.0001 and the individual Bonferroni post-hoc p values are reported on the graphs (*), see main effect – arm, Fig. 12C , D ).
The chi-square analysis indicated a highly significant association between gender and cancer prevalence (χ 2 (1) = 27.535, p < 0.0001), with a higher prevalence observed among females (18.2%) compared to males (15%) in our sample.
There was a strong trend to reduction of initial ICS prescribing over time, falling from 77% in 2005 to 47% at the end of the study ( p < 0.0001).
This difference was highly significant ( χ 2 = 23.70, P < 0.0001).
Statistical tests confirmed these differences, with weighted Mann–Whitney U tests showing highly significant results ( p < 0.0001) in both departments.
All the models were highly significant ( p < 0.0001), describing a high degree of correlation between the experimental and predicted values.
Transgenic animals treated with the high dose of galantamine showed a highly significant lower number of plaques in both areas compared to untreated control mice (p≤0.0001 according to ANOVA) ( Figure 6 , 7 ).
In both groups, the rate of change of the total score was highly significant (p<10 −4 ), with PSP patients showing a higher progression rate as compared to MSA (p<10 −4 ).
As expected [ 11 ], a significant correlation was found between PAF-AH and total cholesterol ( r = 0.25; p = 0.032), a stronger direct correlation with LDL ( r = 0.46, p < 0.0001) and a highly significant inverse correlation with HDL ( r = −0.45, p < 0.0001).
There was a positive and highly significant correlation between DWI on the day of sampling and blood glucose levels, both when all voles are considered ( Figure 3 : N = 187: Z = 8.645; Rho = 0.634; P <0.0001) and when PD voles ( Figure 4 : n = 38: Z = 2.964; Rho = 0.487; P = 0.0030) and non-PD voles ( Figure 5 : n = 149; Z = 4.49; Rho = 0.369; P <0.0001) are analysed separately.
