Both cell lines exhibited a marked decline in cell numbers for each siRNA relative to the negative control (Figure 5a and 5b ), along with a highly significant increase (3.9 fold; P < 0.0001) in the late apoptotic cell fraction assessed by FACs analysis of an annexin V staining assay (Figure 6a and 6b ).
Excerpts
Invasive surgery for CSP was associated with a significant trend for a higher ultrasound grading (p < 0.0001).
Subsequent categorical testing against the other biomarkers, clinical and paraclinical parameters still showed highly significant relations between CXCL13, MMP-9 and CXCL10 (p<0.0001 for all) and between CXCL13, MMP-9 and all CSF MS-risk parameters (p<0.0001 for all).
For the 170 workers with measured TCDD levels greater than 10 ppt, the Spearman correlation between their cumulative exposure scores and the back- extrapolated lipid levels was highly significant (rho = 0.65, p = 0.0001).
The difference between these values is highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
Integration of area under the curve revealed a 55%, 25% and 45% increase in the total area, average size and area fraction (total area /total pixels), representing the extent and intensity of staining, in malignant cores (n = 301) compared to benign cores (n = 299), respectively ( Fig 1E, F and G ) that were highly significant (p<0.0001, Student's t-test).
Three weeks post- Mtb challenge (week 11), the increase in body temperatures in unvaccinated animals was significant relative to BCG-vaccinated ( P <0.01) and highly significant relative to MtbΔ sigH -vaccinated animals ( P <0.0001; two-way ANOVA with Tukey's correction; Fig. 2b ).
In this model, BTG2 expression as well as HER2 expression and patient age were highly significant ( P < 0.0001), whereas Ki67 expression displayed a lower significance ( P = 0.013).
HDL cholesterol shows the least consistent findings where three studies reported an increasing trend, yet this was not statistically significant; one study reported a mild increase in HDL (+0.90 ± 0.12; p < 0.0001); and one study reported a slight reduction in HDL (55.6 ± 2.5 to 51.6 ± 2.2; p < 0.05).
While PET/CT was performed significantly more often in small PAs (P<0.01), it showed highly significant superiority over the other imaging modalities in accurate preoperative localization in both small (P<0.0001) and large PAs (P<0.01).
* indicates p -value 0.01 to 0.05 (significant) ** indicates p -value 0.001 to 0.01 (very significant) *** indicates p < 0.001 (extremely significant) **** indicates p < 0.0001 (extremely significant) ns = not significant ( p > 0.05) 3.
However, the results were found to be statistically highly significant when correlation was done between knowledge, attitude, and practices ( p < 0.0001).
Results of the Cochran–Armitage trend test revealed a significant decreasing trend in rates of involuntary hospitalization (15.94% in 2006 and 0.78% in 2019, Z = 5.33, p < 0.0001 ) and an increasing trend in LAI use at discharge among involuntarily hospitalized individuals (16.77% in 2006 and 50.00% in 2019, Z = 6.81, p < 0.0001 ).
This performance is further strengthened by highly significant p -values (2LOmb’s global p -value < 0.0001) and the presence of common SNPs among some or all SNP pairs that are parts of three- and four-locus interactions in the 2LOmb results.
This ratio at baseline was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) and was excellent to discriminate between responders (and prolonged PFS) and nonresponders (AUC = 1.0).
Evaluation by the Fischer’s exact test revealed that only the affected (n = 12) and not the unaffected twins (n = 0) had autoantibodies against the systemic autoantigen targets, and this difference was highly significant (P < 0.0001).
Preamplified samples, as compared to nonpreamplified DNA, showed an extremely significant improvement of the Ct value ( P < 0.0001), ranging from 10.0 to 14.4 for mitochondrial target, suggesting that preamplification step enhances the sensitivity of mitochondrial real-time PCR assay.
The independent samples t-test showed a highly significant effect ( t =10.07, P < 0.0001, df =28) in APO-SUS versus APO-UNSUS rats (Fig. 1C ).
The difference in the distribution of women fulfilling the criteria between high pressure zone and low pressure zone was highly significant (19/35 vs. 2/32; p < 0.0001).
pipiens taxa and w Pip groups was highly significant (Fisher exact test, P < 10 -4 ), as shown with quinquefasciatus that appeared mainly infected with the w Pip-I group (133 of 201 individuals), pipiens with w Pip-II (55 of 118) and pallens with w Pip-V (19 of 20) (Table 3 ).
The amount of activated microglia (RPT) was decreased in a highly significant manner, from 57.47% to 32.50% (**** P ≤ .0001), after 24-hour incubation at a concentration of 25 μg/mL TPM and to 43.17% (n = 18; ** P < .01) at a concentration of 50 μg/mL TPM.

GWAS p -values and R 2 effects were extracted and QTL selection criteria was carried-out based on standard conditions of significance: “highly significant” refers to P < 0.0001 and “significant” refers to P < 0.001.
