After 9999 permutations, Adonis2 (PERMANOVA) analysis on the same Hellinger transformed and batch corrected data indicates that rumen community structure is highly significant ( P = 0.0001) with regard to the diet, as well as significant ( P < 0.05) in all pairwise comparison between each diet.

When comparing allelic frequencies between HIV-controllers and the PRIMO seroconverters, four SNPs located within the 6p21 (rs2395029, rs13199524, rs12198173 and rs3093662, are in bold in Table 1 ), showed highly significant differences (p<10 −4 ) that correspond to a striking enrichment in HIV-controllers for protective allelic variants associated with HIV-RNA levels.
The point-by-point comparison of Carto-derived and OpenEP-derived interpolated local activation time maps revealed a highly significant correlation between these two metrics ( R 2 = 0.8892, P < 0.0001) ( Figure 6B ).
Using a multivariable mixed effect model, we report a highly significant increase in TLR5-induced production of IL-8 from monocytes of older individuals ( P < 0.0001).
A gene set/list was considered as having highly significant overlap and included in further analyses if p<0.0001, p values for the MSigdB analysis were calculated using the hypergeometric test.
34 A highly significant association also was observed using this alternative measure ( P < .0001; Table V ; available at www.jpeds.com ).
The level of association between clusters and origin of the isolates was statistically highly significant ( p < 0.0001), indicating a host preference, with tropism a well known feature of Campylobacter fetus subspecies [ 41 ].
Marble burying was strikingly increased by both treatments and two-way ANOVA revealed a highly significant effect of time (F = 49.16, df 1,47 p < 0.0001) and treatment (F = 12.67, df 2,47 p < 0.0001) and a significant time X treatment interaction (F = 12.67, df 2,47 p < 0.0001) (Fig. 6D ).
As shown in Table S10 , the model had F = 10.65 and was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), while the lack of fit was not significant ( p = 0.0652 > 0.05).
As shown in Fig 2 , plaques formed in the RAP-treated cultures were smaller and less numerous (mean = 199.3, SD = 9.2, n = 54) than those formed in the control wells (mean = 329.1, SD = 6.7, n = 205), with a two-tailed independent t-test revealing this difference to be highly significant (t = 9.290, d.f. = 257, p<0.0001).
TotDis during the AC and NS periods (proxy for exploration) did not significantly vary between feed treatments (χ 2 = 0.46, df = 3, p = 0.93) (see Figure 7 ), but there was a highly significant effect of TL (χ 2 = 71.4, df = 1, p < 0.0001), i.e., the higher the TL, the lower the TotDis. 3.3.2.
The Kaplan–Meier survival curves ( Figure 4 F) further confirmed a highly significant difference in outcomes between the two groups (Log-rank p < 0.0001), demonstrating the model’s strong prognostic discriminative power.
4 B ; Mann–Whitney U : p < 0.001); furthermore, there was a highly significant correlation with latency to lick on casein trials ( r = 0.45, p < 0.0001), but no correlation for maltodextrin trials ( r = 0.11, p = 0.148).
Age Dependency of Clinical Signs of SINS in Piglets SINS+LL and SINS−LL scores in 1 to 7-day-old piglets showed a highly significant correlation (r = 0.815; p < 0.0001) with the actual day of scoring and therefore with the age of the piglet.
Post hoc paired t-tests confirmed highly significant improvements at 1, 3, and 6 months (all p < 0.0001).
However, patients with a high FRET efficiency (Fig 4 B) had considerably better survival (highly significant P < .0001) in first-line treatments compared with low FRET patients (median 50% survival still undefined after 50 months for high FRET v 11 months for low FRET patients).
The data presented in Figures 1(a) and 1(b) demonstrates that there was a highly significant increase in the expression of miR-181a-5p (4.56 ± 0.92-fold change, p < 0.0001) and miR-125b-2-3p (6.39 ± 0.68-fold change, p < 0.0001) in maternal peripheral blood of the RH-HDFN group compared with the control group.
