A highly significant QTL (p < 0.0001) was detected on chromosome Z between microsatellite markers MCW258 and MCW241 (at 21.40 Mb and 34.26 Mb, respectively) [see Additional file 1 ].The effect of this locus was 15.28 HU.
Excerpts
The ANOVA revealed that the model was highly significant due to the low probability value ( p < 0.0001).
There was a highly significant correlation between resected liver volumes calculated with ImageJ and the actual measured weights of the resection specimens (Fig. 3 ) ( r 2 = 0.98, p < 0.0001).

The sensitivities of the 11 C‐MET PET and of the 18 F‐FDG PET for detecting recurrent lesions were 0.97 (32/33, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.85‐0.99) and 0.48 (16/33, 95% CI: 0.33‐0.65), respectively, and this difference was highly significant by the McNemar test ( P < .0001).
Our χ 2 analysis indicated that these group differences were highly significant ( Figure 7 ; χ 2 =36.7; df=1, p=0.0001), suggesting that the HIP14 knockout disrupts behavior-related correlated firing in striatum.
Analysis of variance and statistical test results showed that the model P-value was extremely significant ( P < 0.0001).
Degradation of acrylamide ( Figure 6 ) proved to be highly significant (**** p < 0.0001) after 3 (1100 ± 18 μg kg −1 ) and 6 months (490 ± 7 μg kg −1 ) of storage compared to that acrylamide content in the fresh samples (1400 ± 11 μg kg −1 ).
It was found that the difference between the arithmetic means was statistically highly significant ( p ≤ 0.0001) Table 1 .
Similarly, for studies evaluating serum TNF-α levels, visual inspection of the funnel plot also revealed asymmetry ( Figure 4 B), which was confirmed by the highly significant results of Egger’s test for publication bias ( p < 0.0001).
The fitted exponential decay models were all highly significant (r 2 > 0.74, p < 0.0001; Fig. 5 ) with decay constants (r) differing significantly between single-species (chironomid only) and multispecies (two and three species) treatments.
It is of note, however, that our results still demonstrate high mortality when the TLR3 −/− strain was infected by a high viral amount of IAV, although the difference between this group and wild-type animals is highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
The resulting quadratic model for Altenusin was highly significant (ANOVA: F = 14.07, p < 0.0001, Table S2) and showed good fit ( R 2 = 0.934, R adj 2 = 0.867, R pred 2 = 0.639, Table S3 and Fig.
The results of the present study [ Table 2 ] showed a statistically highly significant increase in TSH levels in all cirrhosis patients compared to healthy controls ( P < 0.0001).
There was a highly significant decreasing trend in HPV-positive rate with increasing age ( P <0.0001) in both categories.
The distribution of subtypes along the pseudotime axis ( Figure 6H ) showed that classical monocytes had the lowest Pseudotime values (early differentiation), non-classical had the highest (late differentiation), with intermediate in between, and inter-subtype differences were highly significant (P < 0.0001), validating the biological plausibility of trajectory reconstruction.
The difference in mathematics score was highly significant ( P value < 0.0001) between nonanemic noniron deficient (group III) and anemic iron deficient (group I), it was significant ( P value 0.001) between nonanemic noniron deficient (group III) and nonanemic iron deficient (group II).
These results indicate that pre-epidemic baseline antibody cross reactivity was stronger in the elderly (≥60 yrs) and weaker in children and adolescents (<20 yrs) and adults (20–59 yrs), with highly significant differences between age groups ( P <0.0001).
The difference between the two groups was highly significant (Mann–Whitney Rank Sum test p = 0.0001).
The selected factorial model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), as supported by ANOVA.
This time, the log-rank statistic comparing the survival times of the two clusters was highly significant ( p = 0.0001).
Results In the 6th month, in group A, there was a highly significant difference (in comparison to preoperative data) regarding rhinorrhea and nasal obstruction ( P < 0.0001).
Percent total protein decreased in maize seed endosperms transformed with the soybean ferritin transgene The mean percentage total protein differences between PCR positive and negative maize seed endosperm samples were highly significant ( P < 0.0001) (Table 4 ).
It was observed that there was a highly significant difference ( P <0.0001) between individuals having MS with and without family history.
The results presented in Figure 1B–C clearly support our hypothesis: antibody treatment did not significantly impact tumor growth in B16.F10 challenged mice ( P = 0.1850); whereas the effect on B16.F10-GP challenged mice were highly significant ( P <0.0001).
