70 The expression of pEGFR was investigated in recurrent NFPAs (n=47) and in non-recurrent NFPAs (n=55), and a highly significant difference was reported (p<0.0001). pEGFR positivity was greater in a higher number of recurrent NFPA and the H-scores were also higher in recurrent NFPA compared with non-recurrent (117 ± 6.0 versus 71.2 ± 3.7; p<0.0001). 17 The H-score is determined by adding the results of multiplication of the percentage of cells with staining intensity ordinal value (scored from 0 for 'no signal' to 3 for 'strong signal') with 300 possible values.

The computerized-aided scores showed a moderate to highly significant negative correlation with forced vital capacity (FVC) ( r = −0.490; P < 0.0001), forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1) ( r = −0.675; P < 0.0001) and the single breath carbon monoxide diffusing capacity of the lung (DLco) ( r = −0.653; P < 0.0001) ( Figure 3 ). 3.3.
Due to the high number of terms compared for each category (see Materials and Methods), this difference is highly significant (P<0.0001).
Isolate × Genotype interactions were highly significant in leaves (χ 2 = 83.69), stems (χ 2 = 51.71), and roots (χ 2 = 126.6; all p < 0.0001).
The difference in the ratio MUM/NSB/NBA between C x C (1.97/1.01/11.89) compared to C x NC (0.34/1.43/14.44) is highly significant ( P < .0001, Chi-Square).
However, considering SIRI, simple linear regression shows a highly significant statistical correlation of this index with age, with an increase in SIRI values according to age ( Figure 2 a; R 2 = 0.08; p -value <0.0001), although significant heterogeneity exists at extreme ages ( Figure S5 ).
Across all groups, age showed a small but significant negative correlation (r = -0.084, p = 0.025) and education showed a highly significant effect with more educated participants being more accurate (F = 12.94, p = 0.0001).
Chi-Square analysis showed the differences in the AI between the Han and Kazak and Mongol ethnicities were highly significant ( p <0.0001); there was no significant difference in the AI between the Han and Hui/Dongxiang, Uygur and Xibo ethnic groups.
A one-way ANOVA revealed a highly significant effect of formulation on swelling (S w ) (F(7, 792) ≈ 43,176, p < 0.0001), with a very large effect size (η2 ≈ 0.997).
A highly significant difference in Gallerimycin mRNA levels was observed between the PA and PW control groups (p ≤ 0.0001), indicating a substantial impact of P. aeruginosa infection on gene expression compared to the control group ( Figure 6A ).
However, the analysis also revealed substantial heterogeneity, with an I 2 statistic of 100% and a highly significant test of heterogeneity (p ≤ 0.0001) ( Figure 2 and Figure 3 ).
In individual comparisons, the correlation value ranged from 0.85 to 0.98 and was highly significant in all the cases (P-value < 0.0001).
For weight gain over the entire period from the second trimester to 18 months, PPAR γ 2 Pro12Pro carriers had a significantly lower growth rate for weight than the other genotypes, and there was a significant trend for each additional Ala12 allele ( P < 0.0001).
At the Lönnstorp site, genotypic variance was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) for all traits except NS and SL ( Supplementary Table S2 ).
Importantly we observed highly significant treatment effects, independent of time-point, between control and treated (500 IU/mL IFN-γ) samples for all three KP enzymes: IDO-1 p<0.0001, KMO p = 0.0023 and QPRT p = 0.0002 (Fig B in S1 File ).
This downregulation was dose dependent with inhibitor KU757 and highly significant compared to controls ( P < .0001).
Statistical significance (P < 0.05) was achieved for 222 spots being differentially expressed in inflamed versus non-inflamed mucosa, and of these 39 spots were highly significant (P < 0.0001).
The difference of -4.0 points was statistically highly significant (p < 0.0001), suggesting a potentially clinically relevant improvement.
Delay was most frequent in the poorest households (62.9 %) and showed a significant trend: the higher the wealth level, the shorter the delay (p < 0.0001).
The results of Experiment 1 are highly significant ( p < 0.0001), and suggest that the difficulty in perceptually synthesizing a coherent amodally completed surface impaired the ability to detect depth differences in the display containing the alternating red and blue cycles.
The Log rank test indicated highly significant differences in survival among the three groups (p < 0.0001).
The difference between WS individuals and TD controls is highly significant [ t (35) = 6.56, p < 0.0001, two-tailed, with an effect size Cohen’s d = 2.23].
Thus, following the body weight development until one year of age (d21, d180, d360), the reduced body mass in the C-HP group was highly significant ( P <0.0001) whereby the difference became less prominent with aging.
Parity ( p -value < 0.0001), menopausal status ( p -value = 0.0001), BMI ( p < 0.0001), and education ( p -value = 0.001) showed the most evident differences (Table 2 ). We found a highly significant ( p < 0.0001) lower vegetable intake among cases (mean 85.24 g/day, SD 50.62) with respect to controls (mean 112.24 g/day, SD 74.49) and a less pronounced, lower fruit intake (mean 262.87 g/day, SD 140.98 vs mean 289.35 g/day, SD 146.28), while no association was found with alcohol intake or total energy intake (Table 2 ).
