This highly significant bootstrap P -value ( P < 0.0001) suggests that right-hemisphere dominance is a robust and consistent feature of the neural response to DAF.
Excerpts
A highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001), however, was observed between males and females in the PIVUS cohort.
Results : There was a highly significant difference in judged recovery time (ME/CFS = 12.7 ± 1.2 d; CTL = 2.1 ± 0.2 d, mean ± s.e.m., Chi 2 = 90.1, p < 0.0001).
This observation is corroborated statistically by two-sided sign tests, revealing that the difference between agreement in case of voluntary and enforced implementation is highly significant for contact-tracing apps, vaccination, and contact limitations ( P < 0.0001) but insignificant for travel restrictions ( P = 0.622) and masks ( P = 0.389).
The Kruskal–Wallis test revealed a highly significant difference between the sensor combinations ( p < 0.0001), indicating that sensor placement significantly affects the F1 score.
Even so, the results are quite significant ( p < 0.0001) for AHI, AI, SaO 2 minimum, and for the maximum heartbeats ( Table 2 ).
The V/O relationship was highly significant at all ages ( P <0.0001, linear regression model), but neither the gradient ( P = 0.0961) nor the intercept ( P = 0.649) changed with age.
Inclisiran produced a mean LDL-C reduction of −46.5% at day 150 versus +1.4% with placebo and −11.2% with ezetimibe; the between-group differences were large and highly significant (inclisiran vs. placebo −47.9%, and vs. ezetimibe −35.4%; P < 0.0001 for both comparisons) [ 30 ].
The quantification of the removal of immunogenic material in 4 cm- and 8 cm-long segments also showed a highly significant (adjusted p -values < 0.0001) removal of immunogenic material.
A p < 0.05 (*) was considered statistically significant; p < 0.01 (**) highly significant; p < 0.001 (***) extremely significant; p < 0.0001 (****) highly extremely significant. 5.
Injection of the super-repressor IκB-α expression plasmid into E18 trigeminal neurons caused a highly significant reduction in the number of neurons surviving with CNTF, compared with neurons injected with an empty expression plasmid ( P < 0.0001, t test; Fig. 2 ).
We found a highly significant reduction in ovary mass (linear mixed model; t = − 4.37, df = 104, p < 0.0001) in failed queens across surveys (Supplementary Table S1 and Fig. 1 a), indicating that small ovaries are a widespread phenotype associated with poor fecundity, as described by beekeepers.
Again, when cell lines were classified in regards to their LumA or TNBC status, the differences obtained were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
A comparison of grain length in samples carrying GS3 -Hap1 or GS3 -Hap3 was highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
As illustrated in Figure 6 , the resulting cross-coupled correlations were highly significant regressions, with the most significant occurring between the roll and pitch BCIs (R = 0.83, p < 0.0001). 4.
Pairwise reduction curves showed a decreasing trend on transitioning from Serotype I to II ( P < 0.0001) in 34/48 (70.8%) samples, from Serotype I to III ( P = 0.0281) in 30/48 (62.5%) samples, and from Serotype I to IV ( P < 0.0001) in 38/48 (79.2%) samples ( Figure 5 (C)).
The pair group comparisons of day 7 v/s day 15, day 45, and 6 months showed a highly significant difference of 0.64, 1.48, and 1.80, respectively, and P value = 0.0001.
We also observed a highly significant difference ( P < 0.0001) in the proportion of PtR patients (92.5%) compared to PtS patients (7.5%) with TP53 copy loss in the metastatic tumor.
Nevertheless, we detected strong highly significant correlations between manual scoring and automated quantification for our classifier ( R 2 = 0.98, p < 0.0001, n = 60) as well as CADABRA ( R 2 = 0.87, p < 0.0001, n = 59) (Fig. 1d ) showing that correlation analysis is not sufficient to evaluate assay performance.
To further characterize what the changes across time were, a linear contrast of the interaction term was determined and was found to be highly significant (p<0.0001), indicating that the groups made linear changes across time with different slopes.
After adjusting for potential confounders (multivariable Poisson regression analysis), the positive correlation between WDD and FGPD remained highly significant, β:0.15(95%CI 0.13–0.16, P < 0.0001), Furthermore, the negative correlation between WDD and attaining tertiary education,β:0.05(95% CI:-0.095- -0.0005) remained significant after running a multivariable analysis (Table 2 ).
While the patterns of coverage seem to indicate a notable bias in the per-site distribution of the coverage depth across coding genes for the SOLiD data, a moderate, but highly significant ( r = 0.25, P < 0.0001) correlation was observed between per base coverage by SOLiD and Solexa/Illumina sequencing for individual positions in the coding sequences of the 37 genes of mitochondrial ancestry—possibly due to a known dependence of recovery of fragmented cDNA (by gel elution) on GC content ( 35 ).
Statistical analysis confirmed that the blue shifts in water absorption as temperature increased from 25 to 60 °C were highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
As in the exponential fit model, there was a highly significant effect of stimulation condition (F 3,1549 = 21.3, p <.0001).
Meanwhile, statistical analyses revealed a nonsignificant value of the lack of fit ( p > 0.05), and a highly significant level of the model ( p < 0.0001), implying that the mode could be accurately predicted by variation [ 61 ].
