For Coxiella sp., a highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001) was found between the adult and larval stages of the ticks.
Excerpts
The difference in survival between the two groups was highly significant (HR: 7.8, 95% CI: 4.0–15.2; p<0.0001) ( Fig. 2 ).
For each of the RD scores and for the DLQI, repeated measures analyses considering group, treatment week (as an ordinal variable, 0–7) and the group–week interaction identified a consistent, highly significant ( p < 0·0001) association between outcome score and treatment week, with significantly and increasingly higher scores over time.
Furthermore, in all four regions, pairwise comparisons (Dunn’s test) of the frequency distributions of TBA values among locations with defoliation, mortality, or no damage showed highly significant ( p < 0.0001) differences between the three groups (Fig. 5 , Table 2 ).
In both types of lesions, there was a highly significant correlation between hsp-27 expression and OD as well as between hsp-27 expression and ER- α status ( P <0.0001) and the proportion of ER- α (+) cells ( Table 4 ).
These gradients were highly significant ( P < 0.0001), independent of malignancy and robust to neighbourhoods of diverse radii (Extended Data Fig. 3g,h ).
The expression of MMP10 , however, showed a highly significant decrease in adenocarcinomas (mean: 5.29) compared to adenomas (mean: 8.96, p = 0.0001) ( Figure 4 C, left panel).
Both main effects were highly significant (DRR: F (4,1020) = 274.8, p < 0.0001; Unit type: F (1,2020) = 7555, p < 0.0001).
Changing the patient selection, of course, resulted in highly significant outcome changes: Women undergoing fresh cycles now were, suddenly, significantly younger ( P = 0.0001) (previously significantly older) in the complete autologous group ( P < 0.0001) and significant differences in AMH and FSH to the benefit of frozen cycles completely disappeared, together with all prior outcome advantages in pregnancy rates for frozen cycles ( P = 0.0086 before and P = 0.0451 after adjustment for age and AMH).
Kaikhali exhibited one of the steepest slopes among the stations, with a highly significant trend ( F = 1952.38, p < 0.0001), highlighting a sharp rise in salinity, likely due to intensified saltwater intrusion.
The correlation of health practices related to vitamin D status with dental caries was highly significant ( p = 0.0001), and lesser exposure to sun was also significant ( p = 0.002) ( Table 2 ).
Differences were defined as statistically significant for p < 0.05, and extremely significant for p < 0.0001.
Results The difference between ages of the two groups was highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
The log-rank (Mantel-Cox) test revealed highly significant differences between survival curves (χ2 = 86.49, df = 4, p < 0.0001), indicating that survival probability strongly depended on age at the time of infection.
Quantification revealed a modest increase with MCM6 knockdown alone (significant in Y79, trending in WERI-Rb1), but the combination with melphalan induced a strong and highly significant increase in both cell lines ( P < 0.0001) ( Fig. 6 D).
There were highly significant increases in Movement Range X ( p < 10 − 4 ) and Movement Range Y ( p = 0.0007 ).
This relationship was highly significant ( r = 0.39, p < 0.0001).
Paired T-test analysis revealed extremely significant differences between the two groups in both diagnostic time and diagnostic costs ( P < 0.0001).
Microscopic analysis revealed weak positive staining in control tissues versus intensely strong positivity in tumour tissues ( Figure 4A ), with highly significant intergroup differences (p < 0.0001; Figure 4B ).
Our analysis revealed that the group predictor remains highly significant (p < 0.0001) even after accounting for steroid use, highlighting that sarcoidosis exerts a direct and independent effect on autonomic function.
For testing the association using the proposed methods, we selected replicate 50 of the Danacaa population, because in this replicate marker D03S0127 showed highly significant linkage to the disease locus with a LOD score greater than 6 ( p < 0.0001).
These effects were highly significant after adjustment for multiple comparisons (p<0.0001, Table S2 ).
[ 4 b] gives: 8 which is a highly significant relationship ( p < 0,0001, see Fig. 4 ).
Chi-squared tests confirmed that these differences were highly significant in all three years (p < 0.0001).
The prevalence of MetS was 35.73% with a highly significant female predominance (40.12% for women and 18.56% for men; P <0.0001).
