The sharply opposing behavior of the two categories of transgenes is statistically highly significant ( P < 5 × 10 −14 by Fisher's exact test performed at the level of clones or P < 2 × 10 −5 when the test is performed at the level of genes).
These SNPs were distributed across most autosomes except for the two microchromosomes 16 (1.22 Mb) and 29 (4.21 Mb), and there was a highly significant positive correlation ( r = .92; p = 5.02 × 10 −14 ) between the number of SNPs called per chromosome and chromosome size (Figures S2 and S3).
The ratio of known drug-disease associations among proximal drug-disease associations compared with the same ratio among distant drug-disease associations is statistically highly significant (Fisher's exact test, odds ratio=2.1, P =5.1 × 10 −14 ).
The first, rs3764147, located on chromosome 13, is a missense variant (p.Ile254Val) of the LACC1 gene with a highly significant genome-wide p -value in the combined analysis of the discovery family and the replication case/control samples ( p = 5.1x10 −14 ).

Data for bar1 Δ showed highly significant dependence on ρ α ( F 1,68 =89, P =5.2 × 10 −14 ) but no or only weak dependence on ρ a ( F 1,68 =0.003, P =0.96) or ρ α ρ a ( F 1,68 =5.9, P =0.02).
Remarkably, BIRC5 expression showed a highly significant increase in both primary (p = 5.26E-14) and especially metastatic (p = 1.07E-11) prostate cancer (Figure 7 E).
The Mann-Kendall trend test showed no trend between the citations and the time (P=0.3421) but an increasing trend between the citation density and the time (P=5.32E-14) ( Figure 2B ).
Considering individual tree data, the difference in seed production between mast and non-mast categories of years was highly significant (ANOVA, F = 5.5485, P-value = 5.331 × 10 −14 ).
According to the GiLM GEE model of Table A5 , this difference was highly significant for both the comparisons with males (overall effect: X 2 = 54.8, p = 5.7 × 10 −14 in the female–non-irradiated male comparison; X 2 = 62.5, p = 1.8 × 10 −13 for the female–irradiated male comparison).
While the LDA approach did not yield any significant improvement in discriminatory power compared to the original MS-SS (AUC = 0.72, DeLong's test p = 0.49), the application of PCA to the combined dataset resulted in a first principal component (PC1) that demonstrated a highly significant elevation in MS cases compared to controls (p = 5.7∗10 −14 ).
The Mann-Kendall trend test showed no time-dependent trend in the publication time of articles ( P = 0.4162) but an increasing trend between the citation density and the time ( P = 5.854E−14) (Fig. 3 ).
The global log-rank test was highly significant (χ 2 ≈ 60.8, df = 2, p ≈ 6 × 10 −14 ), with substantially fewer deaths than expected in the low-risk group and far more deaths than expected in the high-risk group.

To evaluate the statistical significance of these differences, we performed a Friedman test, which revealed a highly significant effect of color on subjective glare perception (χ 2 = 64.60, df = 3, p = 6.1 × 10−14), confirming that glare responses varied significantly across the four colored scenarios.
samples with at least one CFU), the effect of strain was highly significant (p = 6.19 × 10 −14 , S3 Table ), suggesting that when LB cultivable bacteria are present, the number of bacteria varies significantly between strains.
