14 C analyses of CO 2 The microcosm experiment, in which gamma-irradiated soil from the two islands was inoculated with pure single cultures of the four saprotrophic fungi, indicated that there was a highly significant effect of taxon on % Modern values of carbon respired from soil by the fungi ( F 3,15 = 25.14, P < 0.001).
There was no significant main effect of lime or pasture type on the P concentration in herbage, however, both lime × year and pasture × year interactions were highly significant ( P < 0.001) due to the strong year effect (Table 2 ).
Both crossing types, w + FF x w + MM and w + FF x w − MM were compared with a t-test (unpaired), and highly significant differences were observed, p < 0.001.

There was high genetic differentiation among archipelagos for all species, as indicated by highly significant pairwise F ST values between geographic regions ( p < 0.001, Table 2 ).
This was highly significant ( p -value = 0.0011) when compared with the non-clustered (non-CRC) blood isolates, suggesting a possible association between certain specimen types and certain Bp clusters.

Although not clearly dose-dependent, the effect of oil exposure was highly significant (ANOVA P = 0.0012) with salmon from all oil treatments having shorter outflow tracts relative to controls (all P values < 0.005) except for the lowest ΣPAH exposure (9.8 μg/L).
Also, the mean values of the microbial populations for the samples collected at all three sites during the dry months generally exceeded those collected during the raining months, with highly significant differences for microbiological parameters such as HPC ( p = 0.0013), TC ( p = 0.0019), FC ( p = 0.0008) and A. hydrophila ( p = 0.0012).
Remarkably, we did observe highly significant correlations between poor outcome and low pCREB Ser 133 levels in combination with either low CREBBP (p = 0.0013), or EP300 (p < 0.0001) mRNA expression (Fig. 2 c,d).
Neither CIITA nor PARP4 showed association with endometriosis in the GWA gene-based analyses 14 , although CUBN was nominally significant ( P = 1.35 × 10 −3 ).
The results indicated highly significant relationships for both primates and carnivores (Spearman’s r = −0.48, P = 0.0014, and r = −0.50, P = 0.0031 respectively).
The differences among the four groups were highly significant in the soleus for unlabeled type I (Kruskal-Wallis Chi2 (3ddl) p = 0.0014) and type IIa fibers (p = 0.0025), and in the plantaris, for type IIa fibers (p = 0.0011).
