In a subgroup of patients whose estradiol levels were available (n = 161), their mean levels in pM exhibited a decreasing trend followed by a small increase [T1: 191.90 ± 232.18, T2: 94.74 ± 116.64, T3: 98.21 ± 150.91, p < 0.001] with significant difference found at T2-T1 and T3-T1, although the mean estradiol level at the end of chemotherapy was still 2 times less than the baseline value.

CO Emissions: Highly significant reduction with CNG (F = 45.63, p < 0.001).
Using Kruskal-Wallis independent non-parametric analysis to test the distribution of PTH across all groups, a highly significant (p > 0.001) change in PTH concentration was found across the 1,25(OH) 2 D:24,25(OH) 2 D VMR and 25(OH)D categories, hence the null hypothesis was rejected.
Conversely, the direct effect of counselling-based accommodations on psychological safety was positive and highly significant ( β = 0.27, SE = 0.05, Z = 5.40, p < 0.001), with a confidence interval of [0.17, 0.38].
Kaplan-Meier survival analysis demonstrated a highly significant difference in survival rates between the two groups ( p < 0.001, Fig. 4 C).
The regression between cochlea length and body mass is highly significant (ca. 54%, P < 0.001), but the respective scatterplot (Fig. 4 A) allows the observation that this result is mostly driven by rodents, the group with the widest body mass range in the sample.
The results indicated a highly significant (p < 0.001) attenuation of ROS production in GSTO1-1 deficient BMDMs (Fig. 3f ).
The functional enrichment of these genes showed that the genes assigned to the enzyme gene category 27 (e) were highly significant ( p < 0.001) for growth in both media (Fig. 1 C).
Differences are considered statistically significant at a value of p < 0.05 (denoted as *); very significant at a value of p < 0.01(denoted as # ) and extremely significant at a value of p < 0.001 (denoted as ⋆ ).
Seven days after injection, a highly significant 2.5-fold decrease of histological lesion area was observed in TA muscles of mice treated with the vPMO, as compared to untreated hIMEP DUX4 mice ( p < 0.001) (Fig. 9 ).
The differences between groups proved highly significant ( P < 0.001, Table 3 ), with mean C-values over five times higher in hemimetabolans than in holometabolans (Fig. 3 ).
A highly significant (***p ≤ 0.001) decrease of DOCK8 expression to 63% (±28.5% standard deviation (SD)) in ERU compared to healthy controls (100% ± 38.3% SD) was detected by western blot (Fig. 3A,B ).
Bartlett’s test of sphericity was highly significant in both cases (χ 2 = 3903.1 and 3659.8, p < 0.001 for pre- and post-monsoon seasons respectively) (Table S6 ), indicating sufficient intercorrelation of variables and proving applicability of the PCA technique.
The difference in the percentage of cells displaying at least 5 Cyto-ID positive dots between healthy and RTT fibroblasts was markedly significant (80 ± 4% vs 8 ± 6%, respectively, p < 0.001).
2 e) showed that these differences were highly significant for both genders (all p < 0.001; post-hoc to Model 1, Supplementary Table S2 ), except for girls’ grades in Sciences and Social Sciences, which were indistinguishable (b = − 0.47, p = 0.3895; post-hoc to Model 1, Supplementary Table S2 ).
All the Spearman correlation indices (r_s) reported below are highly significant (p < 0.001) and focus on the strongest correlations.
A significant trend was observed across groups (χ 2 trend test, P < 0.001), confirming the discriminative capacity of the tertile-based stratification approach 17 .
The occurrence of GDM showed an increasing trend in the five categories ( P < 0.001).
We found highly significant relationships for both the IBC (r = 0.65, p < 0.001) and IBD model (r = 0.78, p < 0.001) (Fig. 4a,b ).
In Saudi females, six equations (hand and finger measurements) were all highly significant ( p < 0.001), with R values from 0.593 to 0.904.
We found that heterozygous parents produced a highly significant excess of heterozygous genotypes for markers within the MUP cluster (χ 2 = 71.2, df = 2, p < 0.001), whereas for markers flanking the cluster, offspring genotypic frequencies did not differ from Mendelian expectations (χ 2 = 3.52, df = 2, p = 0.17, Supplemental Fig.
The observed p -value is 0.0001, which falls in the “Highly Significant” range ( p < 0.001), meaning the improvement from PSO + RF is statistically significant.
We used a lower amount of EVs in our study (2 × 10 9 nanoparticles/ml), but despite this lower concentration of EVs, we observed a highly significant ( p < 0.001) effect on the cell viability of DPSCs under the stimulation of EVs.
The survival curves for the three groups were clearly separated with almost no overlap, and the log-rank test indicated highly significant differences ( P < 0.001).
At the maturity stage, except for the grain DM content, the difference between the ecotypes was highly significant (p < 0.001) for all the bromatological parameters analyzed for the three parts of the plants (grains, leaves, and stems) (Table 4 , Supplementary Tables 4 , 5 and 6 ).
