There were highly significant (P < 0.001) interactions between tillage, fertilizer and time in allocation to fine roots, but not in tap roots (Table 1 ).

We observed an increasing trend for Enterococci from 7.1% on day zero to 28% on day 30 (p < 0.001) and for Candida spp. from 0.7 to 11.1% (p < 0.001).
Notably, distress peaked during the latter stages of the study, particularly after the October 7th incident and throughout the Israel-Gaza conflict’s three assessments, where changes were highly significant (p < 0.001).
In females, a decreasing trend was seen throughout the lifespan, with values reaching up to 76.0% of the initial peak value (p < 0.001).
The difference between means is significant if p value < 0.05 (*), very significant if p value < 0.01 (**), extremely significant if p value < 0.001 (***) or if p value < 0.0001 (****).
The results indicated a moderately significant relationship between umbilical bilirubin levels on day 1, lactic acid levels, LDH levels, and the clinical stage (F = 28.93, p < 0.001).
Paired t -tests indicated that, on average, a highly significant decrease could be observed, both for the first warning (mean round 5 = 6.31, SE = 0.37, mean round 6 = 4.78, SE = 0.39, paired t -test: t = 3.66, p < 0.001) and the second warning (mean round 16 = 6.96, SE = 0.34, mean round 17 = 5.14, SE = 0.42, paired t -test: t = 4.83, p < 0.001, see Fig. 1 a).
P value of <0.05 was considered to be statistically significant difference, P value of <0.01 was considered to be highly significant difference and P value of <0.001 was considered to be extremely significant difference.
Results Oxidative stress marker and antioxidant markers MDA levels showed a highly significant increase ( P < 0.001) when comparing the high-dose group with either the low-dose or control group, as well as when comparing the low-dose group with the control group, as illustrated in Fig. 1 (a) .
Unsurprisingly, the pre-PEG B12 value remained the single most dominant predictor, with its effect being highly significant ( P <0.001).
As in the acute MI group, differences for control-remote, control-infarct and remote-infarct areas were highly significant (p < 0.001) (Table S1 ).
These effects are usually highly significant (P < 0.001, see Figs 4 , 6 , 7 ).
Additionally, a highly significant interaction of diet and sex was detected (diet:sex: F 2,41 = 7.866, p = 0.001).
But laboratory final test grades increased from a mean of 62% (43.8–80.0, 95% CI) before to 83% (71.0–94.2, 95% CI) after implement IVMLS, suggesting highly significant (p < 0.001) improvement on students' histopathology laboratory performance.
Algal amendment (Amend) had a highly significant impact onplant growth ( P < 0.001).

Mixed linear model analysis of these data showed that the hyperopic shift induced by red light was highly significant ( P < 0.001) while the refractive change under blue light was not significant ( P = 0.49).
Statistical evaluation of raw data before and after training in preparations (mV for Pa2/3 and frequency in % for other neurons) showed that changes in responsiveness in serotonergic #4 pedal neurons and premotor withdrawal interneurons #2/3 after training were highly significant (Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, P < 0,001), while changes in the metacerebral neuron (MtC1) involved in feeding behavior were non-significant.
Statistical analysis revealed highly significant differences between HAM10000 and all other domains ( p < 0.001 ), with large effect sizes (Cohen’s d > 1.4 ) indicating substantial practical significance.
This difference is highly significant (p-value < 0.001) based on a permutation test in which we randomized the label of disease and aging genes.
