Friedman tests consistently ranked FW-CAGIN first (mean rank = 1.0 across all features and datasets; Appendix B , Table B6), with highly significant differences (χ 2 = 73.73–105.21, p < 1.18e−22; Appendix B , Tabke B4).

Rs17822931-G showed highly significant association in the combined samples of 174 cases and 201 controls (P = 1.42E-21, OR = 83.94, 95% CI = 83.03–84.85).
