The ANOVA results from Table 8 show that the quadratic model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) and that all main effects (pH, inoculum size, temperature, and time) and their interactions significantly influence amylase production.
bacteria resulted in highly significant increases in bacterial growth ( P < 0.0001), compared to controls.
A mixed model with pulse shape (Rec, rampUP, rampDOWN, rampLONG) and polarity (anodic or cathodic-first) as fixed factors and mouse as a random factor showed a highly significant effect of pulse shape (n = 12, P < 0.0001) and of polarity (P = 0.0011) on the threshold.
A clear trend ( F 2 , 92 = 37.0 , p < 0.0001 ) can be observed between the amount of head movement and the amount of orientational difference (see Figure S4 b, SI); at 0 ∘ the least amount of movement was required, at 90 ∘ an increase of 2–5 m on average is recorded, and at 180 ∘ an additional increase of 1–5 m across all complexity classes is recorded.
Concerning the grazing area generated from uni-versus multinucleate amoebae, an unpaired t test, two-tailed, with Welch’s correction has been executed with GraphPad Prism Software (San Diego, CA, USA) to compare the grazing distribution that is highly significant (p value < 0.0001).
As shown in Table 1 , the analysis of variance (ANOVA) of the response surface quadratic model indicated that the regression model obtained was highly significant (P < 0.0001) with an F value of 263.99.
Moreover, when plastic particles used in toxicity testing were classified into 4 size classes, the effect of particle size on toxicity was highly significant (ANOVA, p < 0.0001), and the dependence of safe concentration (HC 5 ) on particle size was even more remarkable, with a slope b = 1.21 according to the equation: \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$\log \;{\text{HC}}_{5} = 1.21\;\log \;{\text{S}}{-}2.10$$\end{document} log HC 5 = 1.21 log S - 2.10 where S is the mean particle size (μm) for each size class (r 2 = 0.92, n = 4).
Temperature (T) and aging time (D) showed highly significant effects ( p < 0.0001), while humidity (H) also demonstrated a significant influence, with all three main factors falling below the 0.05 threshold.
When histology of different carcinomas is correlated with benign FA with respect to phospho-ezrin, we observed that the marker was highly significant (p = 0.0001). 100% sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy of the above marker in the histological association of FTC, FVPTC with FA, enables us to suggest phospho-ezrin as a diagnostic marker to differentiate the follicular neoplasms.
In line with the above data, the PA14 AmiE + strain displayed a very strong and highly significant decrease in cytotoxicity ( P < 0.0001) ( Fig. 5C ).
The parameters of the venous and arterial models (Table 1 ) indicated that both the linear terms (parametric coefficients) and the smooth terms were highly significant (p < 0.0001).
At higher concentrations (12.5–50 μg/mL), the extract exhibited pronounced inhibitory activity, with highly significant reductions in biofilm biomass compared to the control group (*** p < 0.0001).
The quadratic terms (A2, B2, and C2) were all highly significant ( p < 0.0001), affirming the nonlinear behavior of the system.
At the 6-week assessment, arm 1 and arm 2 exhibited highly significant reductions in THI and TFI scores relative to their baseline scores (Fig. 3 ; P < 0.0001, paired two-tailed t-tests; adjusted significance level for multiple comparisons is 0.0025 described in Conlon et al. 21 ).
4 a) showed a highly significant interaction between culture medium and initial inoculum concentration ( p < 0.0001), indicating that the effect of inoculum depended on the culture medium.
This parameter was highly significant for the annual change in relative numbers of melanic snakes (F 1,35 = 27.15, P < 0.0001), intermediate-phase snakes (F 1,35 = 25.01, P < 0.0001), and black-and-white banded snakes (F 1,35 = 38.27, P < 0.0001; see Fig. 4 ).
Besides, highly significant correlation coefficients were found (r = 0.80–0.93; p < 0.0001) when comparing RNA-seq and RT-qPCR results in each genotype, indicating a good consistency between the two analysis techniques and the two independent experiments ( Fig. 3B ).
Parametric Student’s T-test comparisons coupled with Fischer Combined Probability test, show a highly significant difference (combined p < 0.0001) between the Ulva sp. and Cladophora sp. scaffold test groups, for all four cell concentrations, as well as between the scaffolds’ test and control groups.
When animals that received nerve injury or pharmacological block were pooled together (one-way ANOVA; F(3,60) = 7.3, p = 0.0003) the increased responsiveness reached significance already in the first protocol after deafferentation (Dunnett test; p = 0.0289), transiently lost significance in the second protocol (p = 0.12) and was again highly significant in the third protocol (p<0.0001).
