The proportion of CLas-infected (qPCR positive) leaves, following a 4-day inoculation period (with 5 insects/leaf), was 2.5% (1/40 leaves) for nymphs and 36.3% (29/80 leaves) for adults, and this difference was highly significant ( P = 0.0001 in X 2 test).
A highly significant effect for the dose variable was found (F(5, 38) = 122.5, p < 0.0001), indicating that different doses resulted in significantly different blood glucose concentrations.
Variances between the two seasons were highly significant ( P < 0.0001) for the two traits, contributing 26.2% and 50.7% to the total phenotypic variance for SSR and PE, respectively (Table 2 ).
There were highly significant correlations between participants’ graphicacy index and their self-reported statistical knowledge (Fig. 3 B; r = 0.21, df = 3092, p < 0.0001) and mathematical knowledge (r = 0.22, df = 2028, p < 0.0001).
The spine density per 100 μm of dendrite was 30.7 ± 3.7, compared to corresponding values of 15.9 ± 5.1 for the GRPR cells 18 , and this difference was highly significant ( P < 0.0001; t-test; Fig. 8 e).
This confirmed modest though highly significant associations between circulating syndecan-1 and birthweight at 36 weeks’ (cohort 1; p < 0.0001; R 2 = 0.02, Supplementary Figure 1 E), and on the day of delivery in both the Melbourne (cohort 3; p < 0.0001 R 2 = 0.06, Supplementary Figure 1 F) and Chile cohorts (cohort 4; p = 0.0008, R 2 = 0.03, Supplementary Figure 1 G).
All measured RGB parameters showed highly significant differences ( p < 0.0001) between germinated and non-germinated seeds, while seed mass and the normalized green index (g) were significant at p < 0.05 (Table 1 ; Figs. 2 , 3 and 4 ).
pombe spores irradiated at the same level; the differences being highly significant (p < 0.0001) ( Fig. 1B ).
Similarly, at 25 μg/mL (gluten coated IC50), a highly significant difference (P-value ≤ 0.0001) is noted compared to sericin-coated particles, accompanied by a 40% reduction in cell viability.
In rats (n = 4), four out of five studies with one study reported on VLDL level instead of LDL level, reveal a highly significant reduction in LDL (SMD = − 4.847, p < 0.0001) and CI for this effect ranges from − 5.693 to − 4.002.
These differences were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
This model explains more than 50% of the data variance (R 2 marginal = 48.3%; R 2 conditional = 53.3%) and shows a highly significant effect of the colour of the lights ( p -value < 0.0001, Estimate = 0.41) with red lights prompting the answer “warmer” and blue lights prompting the answer “colder” (Fig. 4 ).
The results indicated that drug release from all the screened formulations was very highly significant compared to that from drug suspension ( P < 0.0001), thus suggesting a higher bioavailability potential of the drug.
On the first day after surgery, median pain levels were highest in the MT group at 7(6, 8), followed by MS at 6(5, 7), and lowest in the TT group at 4(3, 5), with the differences being highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
The difference of serum RPTN levels between healthy controls and the patients was extremely significant ( p < 0.0001) ( Figure 3-a ).
RSPM performance (M = 62%, SD = 21%) was highly varied across participants, and linear modeling indicated a highly significant relationship between RSPM accuracy and both D’ sensitivity for texts (b = 0.81, p = .0001) and overall judgment accuracy for comments (b = 0.29, p = .0001).
