RSPM performance (M = 62%, SD = 21%) was highly varied across participants, and linear modeling indicated a highly significant relationship between RSPM accuracy and both D’ sensitivity for texts (b = 0.81, p = .0001) and overall judgment accuracy for comments (b = 0.29, p = .0001).
Excerpts
The ANOVA outcomes inferred a highly significant difference (P < 0.0001) among rice accessions for grain size/weight trait variation despite significant environmental (years and geographical locations) and block replication effects on these traits ( Table S3 ).
By week 1, the Col/Cs/A-PRF group showed a significant reduction in BMD (~ 650 HU) compared to the C group (~ 750 HU), with a highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001).
Notably, there was a highly significant reduction ( p < 0.0001) at concentrations of 400 μg/ml and above, reaching maximum viability reduction after 5 min of laser irradiation (Fig. 7 A–D).
This perfectly matches ANOVA table, where D had the highest F-value (486.64) and was highly significant ( p < 0.0001). pH is the next major contributing factor.
There was an extremely significant difference in the number of male offspring among the four crossings (SNK, P = 0.0001), though no significant difference was observed between (WT♀ × WT♂) (53.56 ± 2.49) and (TI♀ × TI♂) (58.35 ± 1.89) (SNK, P = 0.074), both of which gave approximately equal mean number of male and female progenies ( Table 1 ).
Importantly, multivariable Cox analysis demonstrated that CCNF remained a highly significant predictor of OS independently of histologic grade and TNM stage (HR 2.86, 95% CI 2.02–4.06, p < 0.0001; Table 4 ).
Significance values are denoted by asterisks as defined by GraphPad Prism version 6.04: ****extremely significant (p < 0.0001); ***extremely significant (0.001 ≤ p ≤ 0.0001); **very significant (0.01 ≤ p ≤ 0.001); *significant (0.05 ≤ p ≤ 0.01).
[ 4 b] gives: 8 which is a highly significant relationship ( p < 0,0001, see Fig. 4 ).
The model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), yielding the components ‘Age’, and ‘SNP.Dim.14’ as the two most important predictors.
( 11 ) and the analysis of variance in Table 4 , the model shows a highly significant fit with P < 0.0001, the lack-of-fit is not significant (P = 0.8173 > 0.05), indicating no lack-of-fit exists.
communis had a highly significant effect on a wide range of bacterial groups independent of the watering regime as obtained with an analysis of differential abundance (ALDEx2) ( P < 0.0001) (Supplementary Figure S2 , S3 , Table S2 ).
Figure 3 shows a highly significant differences in methylation levels between risk allele carriers and non-carriers (P < 0.0001).
This model explains more than 50% of the data variance (R 2 marginal = 48.3%; R 2 conditional = 53.3%) and shows a highly significant effect of the colour of the lights ( p -value < 0.0001, Estimate = 0.41) with red lights prompting the answer “warmer” and blue lights prompting the answer “colder” (Fig. 4 ).
Although there was no significant residual difference in the CNV size (p = 0.18) or numbers (p = 0.11) between the mGluR+ and mGluR− groups, there was a highly significant difference in the presence of syndromic features between the mGluR+ and mGluR− groups (p < 0.0001).
Because the social × force × time interaction effect was found to be highly significant ( F (15, 270) = 3.96, p < 0.0001), we subsequently performed separate two-way ANOVAs with two repeated factors (i.e., social condition and target force level) for each 1-s epoch.
Utilizing bc-GenExMiner v4.0 36 , 37 , we found a significant trend in DEAR1 mRNA downregulation in basal-like tumors compared to other subtypes (p < 0.0001, Supplementary Fig.
Correlation of total phenolic and flavonoid contents with antioxidant activities The results revealed a highly significant positive correlation ( P < 0.0001) between the total phenolic and flavonoid contents and the antioxidant capacity, analyzed by two different assays (ABTS and DPPH).
The mean age at death for animals unaffected was 614 days (SEM ± 20) compared to 741 days (SEM ± 18) for animals with pathology; a difference which is highly significant ( p < 0.0001, two-tailed unpaired t test).
Highly significant increase in apoptosis in ageing brain cells was seen in both sexes ( p < 0.0001).
In patients treated with complete surgery, OS was 318 months, compared to 191 months in those who underwent partial surgery and only 19 months for those who underwent only one biopsy procedure; these differences were highly significant (p = 0.0001).
In contrast, zoledronic acid exhibited highly significant correlations for cell inhibition and TNF-α stimulation (r = 0.454, p < 0.0001), cell inhibition and RAP1A inhibition (r = 0.556, p < 0.0001), and TNF-α stimulation and RAP1A inhibition (r = 0.499, p < 0.0001).
