To visualize the most pronounced effects that exposure to CO 2 had on gene expression, we constructed a heatmap of common highly significant DEGs (p < 0.01) of the two CO 2 comparisons and plotted the average fragments per kilobase of transcript per million fragments mapped (FPKM) values of each experimental group (Fig. 2 c, Supplementary Information S4 ).

The results showed that the mitochondrial membrane potential of the 15% S group was 0.25 ± 0.06 and 0.34 ± 0.05 higher than that of the 20% S group and 5% S group, respectively, with extremely significant differences ( P < 0.01).
The analysis of variance indicated highly significant differences ( p < 0.01) among genotypes for days to flowering, maturity, plant height, branches/plant, pods/plant, 100-seed weight, seed yield, and ODAP content.
However, at 60 m, the correlations became markedly stronger, with features such as B-DIS (r = -0.81), B-ENT (r = -0.81), R-MEA (r = -0.82), and R-ENT (r = -0.82) showing highly significant negative correlations (p < 0.01, |r|> 0.80).
Differences between AKI and controls were statistically highly significant for both GLCM indicators (p < 0.01).
Independent sample t test showed highly significant variation ( p < 0.01) of o , p ʹ-DDE, p , p ʹ-DDE, o , p ʹ-DDD, o , p ʹ-DDT, p , p ʹ-DDT in water, p , p ʹ-DDD in air, while cis-chlordane was found in the soil of both lakes.
Statistical significance was set at p < 0.05, with highly significant differences defined as p < 0.01.
Within the cohort of identified known miRNAs, 608 were observed to have highly significant differential expression ( P < 0.01), and 1,014 exhibited significant differential expression ( P < 0.05) when comparing between the experimental and control groups.
DM and nutrient uptake In 2017, there was a highly significant ( P < 0.01) interactive effect between dripline spacing and fertilization rate on DM (Table 5 ).
There was a highly significant effect of plant species on Zn in the particulate matter ( P < 0.01).
Indeed, the study of the reciprocal correlations (Table 7 ) shows a widespread presence of uniformly positive and highly significant relationships ( p < 0.01).
Statistical analysis confirmed highly significant inter-district differences ( p < 0.01), as shown in Fig. 3 .
The level of significance was set at 0.05, with a significant difference defined as p < 0.05 and a highly significant difference as p < 0.01.
The significance level was calculated using the p-value ( p ≤ 0.05, highly significant if p ≤ 0.01).
There were highly significant differences in the TT (L) ( p < 0.01, ES = 0.69) and significant differences in the TT (R) ( p < 0.05, ES = 0.57) between the two levels of table tennis players.
Among them the first principal component (IPCA1) was highly significant at ( p < 0.01) and explained 37.85% of the total variation on the G × E sum of squares, while IPCA2 explained 21.94%.
In addition, the interaction effects of year × region, genotype × region, and genotype × year × region on pseudo-stem height were highly significant ( p < 0.01) (Table 2 ).
Analysis of variance revealed highly significant differences ( p ≤ 0.01) among genotypes for all the studied traits, indicating the presence of substantial genetic variability.
In addition, the direction of effect was consistent for five of the six EA index SNPs and the magnitude of effect was larger than in EA and nominally significant (p = 0.01) for the index SNP at SLC5A10 in this smaller AA study sample.
Within host species/among gut region beta diversity When testing for the effect of gut region on microbiome beta diversity within each species when all gut regions were included for PERMANOVA, we found gut region had a highly significant effect in all three host species regardless of distance metric (PERMANOVA: all p < 0.01; Supplementary Tables S12 – S14 ).
3 B indicates that Height displays significant positive correlations with NH 4 + and soil-TP content ( P < 0.05), and significant negative correlation with pH ( P < 0.01); Height also exhibits a negative correlation with EW ( P < 0.05) and positive correlations with DAT, ADP, TW, and NW at significant ( P < 0.05) or highly significant levels ( P < 0.01); furthermore, Height is significantly ( P < 0.05) or highly significantly ( P < 0.01) positively associated with seed-TP and seed-TK content.
Furthermore, TN and TP exhibited a highly significant positive correlation (Pearson correlation coefficient r > 0.80, p < 0.01), indicating that their accumulation in reservoir sediments is closely related.
All comparisons were highly significant (Wilcoxon rank-sum test, p < 0.01; Table 2 ).
Across 50 genotypes, analysis of variance revealed highly significant variation ( p < 0.01) in each trait.
Both GLS1 and GLS2 exhibited markedly higher expression in cancer tissues with a highly significant difference ( P <.01), highlighting alterations in glutamine utilization in tumor cells In addition, GLUT-1, showed significantly elevated levels in cancer tissues ( P ≤.01), indicating an increase in glucose uptake by tumor cells.
