Salinity had no significant effect on the EEA C:N , EEA C:P , and EEA N:P ( p > 0.05), but location had a highly significant effect on these ( p < 0.001; Figure 1 e–h).
Specifically, EC exhibited highly significant negative correlations ( p < 0.001) with soil aggregate stability indices (R 0.25 , MWD and GMD), while TP showed highly significant positive correlations ( p < 0.001) with these indices, indicating a distinct positive synergistic effect.
In the mixed plantations, the fungi established highly significant positive path correlations with both the nitrogen and phosphorus cycling genes (r = 0.345, r = 0.542, p < 0.001), paths that were entirely non-significant in the pure stands, confirming that fungi are the core force driving phosphorus turnover in mixed systems.

Analysis of Variance The ANOVA results for mean square values showed highly significant differences ( p ≥ 0.001) among genotypes for all destructively measured morpho-physiological traits and SRIs in each season and combined two seasons ( Table 1 ).
The ANCOVA also revealed a highly significant effect of the covariate ( p < 0.001), i.e., leaf size, with respect to disease severity, sporulation severity, sporangia produced per leaf, and Pv DNA concentration in the DM lesions.
AMMI (IPCA1) was highly significant ( p < 0.001) according to the AMMI model’s analysis of variance ( Table 1 ).

Genotypes (G) significantly influenced all the physiological traits studied (Phi2, PhiNPQ, PhiNO, SPAD, LEF, NPQt, FvP/FmP, and LT), as indicated by the highly significant p -values ( p < 0.001) and large mean-square values.
Additionally, concentrations of 5 mg/L and higher for more than 4 days exhibited a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of Foc TR4 mycelia, with the inhibitory effect being extremely significant at concentrations of 40 mg/L and higher ( p < 0.001).
Two-way ANOVA confirmed highly significant effects of salinity (S) and priming agent (PA) × S interactions on all germination parameters, including MFG, GRI, GSTI, and GR (green shading: p < 0.001; Table 2 ).
