Excerpts
Salinity had no significant effect on the EEA C:N , EEA C:P , and EEA N:P ( p > 0.05), but location had a highly significant effect on these ( p < 0.001; Figure 1 e–h).

We found a highly significant effect of year on the aboveground biomass ( p < 0.001), which may be related to differences in temperature and precipitation among the years.

Correlation Coefficient Analysis of Codon Usage Indices It was observed that the CBI showed a highly significant correlation with the CAI and Fop indices in all species ( p < 0.001) ( Figure 5 ).

Seasonal Rh and Its Contribution to Annual Rh A highly significant difference was observed between GS Rh and non-GS Rh, as determined by the Wilcoxon test ( p < 0.001).
ANOVA across multiple environments revealed highly significant effects ( p ≤ 0.001) of genotype (G), environment, and genotype × environment (G × E) interactions on both GPC and WGC ( Table A3 ).
Soil depth had a highly significant effect ( p < 0.001) in all three grassland systems on POR and BD, and mainly on VWC.
The continuous variables (altitude and snow) are both highly significant ( p < 0.001), although with values of different signs.
Interestingly, root N concentration (RNC) and nodule N concentration (NNC) exhibited a highly significant negative correlation ( p < 0.001) during both the V9 and R5 periods ( Figure 8 c,d). 3.
At 1 day of heat stress, genotype (G) had a highly significant ( p < 0.001) effect on photosynthetic rate (Pn), leaf conductance (Gs), transpiration (E), chlorophyll fluorescence traits (YII, NPQ, Fv/Fm), and carotenoid content (Cart), but not on chlorophyll-A (Chl-A), chlorophyll-B (Chl-B), or carotenoid (Cart).
A two-way ANOVA indicated highly significant effects of salinity stress ( p < 0.001), EXc ( p < 0.001), EXd ( p < 0.001), and their interactions ( p < 0.001) ( Figure 3 ).
arvensis GLMM with binomial dependent variable (capsules obtained 0 seeds or non-zero seeds) showed that the treatment effect was highly significant with (estimate = 1.44, χ 2 = 58.2, df = 1, p < 0.001, Figure 3 ).
Variance Analysis for Yields The combined analysis of variance ( Table 1 ) revealed highly significant differences ( p ≤ 0.001, p ≤ 0.01) for yield per plot among different factors: locations, genotypes, and the genotype–location (G × E) interaction.
In the fungal community ( Figure 6 b), Glomeromycota showed a highly significant negative correlation with TK (blue, p < 0.001), representing the strongest correlation among all fungal phyla, indicating that TK content exerts a strong regulatory effect on the distribution of this group.
These variations align with the ANOVA results’ highly significant environmental differences ( p < 0.001).
Furthermore, genotype variance within the breeding population reached highly significant levels ( p < 0.001), indicating significant notable differences among genotypes within the population.
The multivariate test revealed that all main effects (species and extraction) and their interaction were highly significant ( p < 0.001), indicating that both factors, independently and in combination, significantly influence the overall phenolic composition ( Table S4 ).
The data showed a highly significant difference ( p < 0.001) in the total amino acids, total essential amino acids, and total nonessential amino acids of N. oceanica between the different treatments.
Consistent with the MANOVA results, two-way ANOVA for each CIELab parameter ( Table 1 ; Supplementary Table S2 ) showed highly significant effects of population ( p < 0.001) and a population × salinity interaction ( p < 0.05), confirming that population identity was the main driver of colour variation.
Second, repeated-measures mixed models confirmed that Location, Stage, and Time of day, and all interactions, were highly significant ( p < 0.001).
Using all 70 markers, GAP prediction in Q × RX showed an extremely significant positive correlation ( p < 0.001), r = 0.4819; using the 8 screened PIC > 0.25 and HWE-conforming markers, the correlation increased to r = 0.5755 ( p < 0.001); using the 10 significantly associated markers yielded a further increase to r = 0.5766 ( p < 0.001), representing the highest prediction accuracy among the populations.
