The area showed an increasing trend from 1984 to 2007 and 1984 to 2012, respectively, and a decreasing trend from 2007 to 2022 and 2012 to 2022, respectively.
Excerpts
The relative abundance of Bacillus showed an increasing trend with the increasing Cd concentration.
In addition, other genes showed a trend of increasing first, then decreasing, and then increasing ( Figure 9 ).
We conducted qRT-PCR verification and found that, during the somatic embryogenesis of Liriodendron hybrids, Lchi20923 and Lchi15582 showed a decreasing trend, and the expression of Lchi04963 decreased first, then increased, and then increased.
It showed a trend of low-concentration promoting and high-concentration inhibiting radicle growth: the radicle length was the largest in the 50 mg/L treatment group (1.75 times that of the control) and the smallest in the 400 mg/L treatment group (0.24 times that of the control).
Under the same water deficit condition, the MDA content showed a trend of decreasing and then increasing with the increase in Se concentration, and the MDA content of the three Se concentrations (S2.5, S5, and S10) was lower than that of the control (S0) under the same moisture, with an average reduction of 21.5%.
Root and Shoot Characteristics Data from the analysis of variance showed the highly significant effect of Cd stress levels.
The disease index of tomato showed highly significant negative correlation with plant height, stem thickness, leaf area and antioxidant physiology CAT, and highly significant positive correlation with MDA and H 2 O 2 content.
The effects of SM and ZM on CAT activity in tomato leaves during the same growth cycle in T2, T3, T4, and T5 treatments initially exhibited an increasing trend and then decreased with increasing treatment concentrations.
On the one-year scale, with dune vegetation coverage increased, the water supply from dunes to lakes showed a decreasing trend.
Notably, Gs, Tr, and Ci all showed slight increases at 72 and 144 h compared to 24 h, while Pn exhibited a decreasing trend throughout the whole salt stress period ( Figure S1A–D ).
Variance Components and Heritability Estimates on Yield-Related Traits and Carotenoids Environment (E), hybrid (H), and their interaction (H × E) were highly significant for yield-related traits and carotenoids, except for husked ear diameter, which was not significant for the H × E ( Table 1 and Table 2 ).
Simultaneously, with the increase in salt concentration, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT) in plant leaves and roots showed an increasing trend ( Figure 3 b–d).
LBSM treatment showed a decreasing trend in the Fusarium population, while HBS and HBSM-treated soil showed an initial decrease in the Fusarium population, then increased to a later decrease.
Changes in Pectin Content As shown in Figure 3 a, before the occurrence of cracking (75–115 days after flowering), the WSP content in the pericarp of both ‘Mingrijian’ and ‘Daya’ showed an increasing trend at 35.46% and 40.43%, respectively.
From the peak to end stage of fruit cracking (150–180 days after flowering), the WSP content in the pericarp of both ‘Mingrijian’ and ‘Daya’ showed a decreasing trend, with similar rates of decrease.
The rate of fruit cracking exhibited either a significant or highly significant negative correlation with hemicellulose and lignin (R 2 ≤ −0.888 *), indicating that the occurrence of fruit cracking in ‘Mingrijian’ was associated with the degradation of hemicellulose and lignin. 3.2.
The Amount of Carbon in Grain, Straw, and Postharvest Residues The factors studied had highly significant effects on the amounts of carbon in grain, straw, and postharvest residues ( Table 3 ).
For seedling parameters, the seedling vigour index (SVI) showed a decreasing trend when germinating the seeds in the presence of salt, but the differences with the control seeds were not statistically significant.
Correlation Analysis of CWSI with SWC, LRWC and Stomatal Characteristic Parameters The CWSI of crops showed an increasing trend with the decrease in irrigation water ( Figure 4 ).
When the CWSI increased to a certain extent, the biomass and yield showed a decreasing trend with the increase in CWSI.
The expression of the remaining members in leaves showed a decreasing trend.
The results show that there was a highly significant correlation between the expression of CsCKX and CsIPT genes and promoter cis-elements under conditions of light, stress, and hormone treatments.
The significant differences among the obtained results were observed by performing the Duncan’s test at levels of p < 0.05 (significant) and p < 0.01 (highly significant) in the SPSS22 software (IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 19.0; IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA).
There is a highly significant positive correlation between fungal communities and AN and TP.
