When applying these intensity distributions from the “training sample” (N = 1282) to the “holdout sample” (N = 641), occupational and total PAEE displayed an increasing trend across occupational groups ( Figure 2 ), with the highest values in heavy manual workers (p<0.001).
Excerpts
The difference was highly significant between the age groups >5yrs and 1yrs (p<0.001) and age groups >5yrs and 1–5yrs (p<0.001).
Increased sunniness had a highly significant effect on the rate of bumblebees reported (P<0.001; Fig 3C ); with an almost doubling for counts taking place in full sun compared to counts taking place during no sun.
In the MIC cumulative logit models, a moderate but significant (p<0.01) decreasing time trend was observed for A, C, F, O and Sp (for MICs above 16 μg/ml), while a highly significant (p<0.001) increasing trend was obtained for the E data ( Table 2 ).
When the variable exposure to violence at home was analyzed singularly in a simple logistic regression, the prediction was highly significant ( p = .001), but when the other factors were taken into account (see Table 3 ), exposure to violence was no longer a significant predictor.
CP and C31cells previously incubated with mAbs against α2 or β1 subunits showed extremely significant reduced rates of adhesion to type 1 collagen in a 92% and 73% for CP; and in a 89% and 69% for C31, respectively (p<0.001); whereas mAbs against other important integrin subunits (α3, α5) did not change the adhesion rates significantly ( Figure 3A ).
The results of our ANOVA comparing M 1-2 RFI values among paromomyid species came out highly significant (p <0.001).
This rate of infestation was highly significant among the studied animals (P<0.001).
A decreasing trend in annual NSD incidence was observed (p < 0.001).
In addition, we see that Immersion shows a highly significant effect as a predictor of Rating (β = 1.18, s.e. = 0.07, t = 16.87, p < 0.001, see S1 Statistical Models modelALLrate ), indicating that higher degrees of immersion lead to higher rating scores.
Seedling morphometrics In 2005, distance had a highly significant effect on number of leaves per seedling, with more leaves per seedling away (7.6±0.3 leaves) than close (6.2±0.2; F 1, 97 = 12.54, P <0.001).
A highly significant extreme overall genetic differentiation was found among samples ( F ST = 0.716; p<0.001).
Our results support this hypothesis, because multicopter flights have a highly significant negative impact on bat activity levels with a medium effect size, particularly for the Myotini ( P < 0.001, d m = 0.54) and Nyctaloid group ( P < 0.001, d n = 0.55) and a small effect size for the Pipistrelloid group ( P < 0.001, d p = 0.36).
There was a highly significant difference in median percentage weight loss both amongst different geographical regions ( P <0.001) and countries ( P <0.001).
the amounts of variation explained by these variables while keeping other variables constant) on bacterial community variation were highly significant ( Fig. 4 ; P <0.001 with 1000 Monte Carlo permutations), even if coarse environmental descriptors were used in the study.
p <0.05 is considered significant; p <0.01 is considered highly significant; and p <0.001 is considered extremely significant.
Gene set tests were highly significant for both Schmid versus wildtype and Cog versus wildtype ( p ≤0.001 in each case).
The differences between the two periods were all highly significant (p<0.001).
Predictors of quality of life and functioning In simple regression analysis, the broad definition of psychiatric complaints was a highly significant predictor of the Q-LES-Q score and the sum of 5 WSAS items, after covarying for age, gender, and education (p<0.001).
Influence of road, animal and weather on persistence time “All taxa ” The Cox model for the “all taxa ” data set (stratified by taxonomic group) was highly significant (P<0.001), and explained 9.9% of the variance in carcass persistence time.
Exogamy Linguistic exogamy overall was highly significant (p = 0.001) and associated with high borrowing in the total sample.
These differences are highly significant (Tukey’s HSD; p<0.001 for both mutant alleles).
Moran's I (error) score was positive and highly significant ( P <0.001) indicating strong positive spatial autocorrelation of the residuals ( Table 1 ).
It is remarkable that the expression of BMP-2 in the PLLA group reached a highly significant maximum after 8 weeks (p≤0.001) before decreasing again towards the end of the observation period ( Fig. 8b ).
Eight variables showed a highly significant (p<0.001) association with at least four ANC visits in the chi-square analysis.
