Interaction analyses In the logistic regression modelling, we found highly significant ( p <0.001) additive gene effects for the LOC387715 and CFH loci, both having approximately the same effect size ( Table 3 ).
This point of change was highly significant ( p <0.001), and the following piecewise linear regression equation can be used to model the underestimation of clay (UnClay) at Highfield: (2) UnClay = − 0.78 ( p = 0.19 ) + 0.66 ( p = 0.07 ) SOC + 5.22 ( p < 0.001 ) ( SOC − 2.27 ) + , R 2 = 0.90 The last term in the equation is only applicable for SOC contents above 2.27 g C 100 g -1 minerals.
Accordingly, aversive learning scores differ among thermal responsiveness score categories (one-way ANOVA, F 6,181 = 5.34, p<0.001) and the linear relationship between both variables is highly significant (Spearman correlation, ρ 2 = 0.93, p<0.001, 8 df).
Data are shown in mean ± SD (n = 4) and comparisons to the control (i.e., expression levels of non-stimulated cells) are marked as *** very highly significant (P<0.001), ** highly significant (P<0.01), or * significant (P<0.05).
However, the effect of genotype on lifespan was highly significant (Z = 14.557, P<0.001).
The chemical-genetic interaction of the positive control methyl methanesulfonate (MMS), a well-characterized antifungal agent that damages DNA [ 28 ], demonstrated a highly significant enrichment ( P value ≤ 0.001) for cellular response to DNA damage stimulus, confirming a successful HIP-HOP assay procedure and accurate post-sequencing data analysis.
In contrast, the proportion of ACJ dislocations was clearly significantly less frequent in the pediatric group (p < 0.001) than in the adolescent and adult group with increasing amount proportional to age.
The highest quercetin concentration (400 μM) (in a 48 hr exposure) caused a 20% increase in R t that was highly significant (P<0.001).

This is almost four times as high as it was before migration and thus statistically highly significant (P = 0.001).
For both song and ml noise, the difference in eBW between NRC and GLM STRFs was highly significant ( p<10 −3 , two-sample KS test).
There was a highly significant association (P<0.001) between sex and place of tobacco use.
In agreement with the results obtained in our cell line models, MIG-6 expression showed a highly significant increase in PTC samples harboring the BRAF V600E mutation as compared to the cases with BRAF WT (P < 0.001; Fig 5A ).
Since both dish and container random effects were highly significant (P<0.001), we included them in subsequent models.
Time series analysis In the TH, the value of DDD/1000 patient-days showed an increasing trend (β = 3.23, p<0.001) over 10 years; with the range of 225 to 6429, and mean 2658 (±529) DDD/1000 patient-days ( Fig 1A ).
A two-way ANOVA revealed main effects of Counter (F(2, 5013) = 68.32, p < 0.001) and Block (F(5, 5013) =19.47, p < 0.001), as well as a highly significant Counter × Block interaction (F(10, 5013) = 23.66, p < 0.001).
This difference was highly significant ( ANOVA, F 1,31 = 38.69, p <0.001).
For the total number of request strategies used in a single dialogue, the overall between-group difference was statistically highly significant ( p < 0.001, eta2 = 0.2598, large effect).
The mean and standard deviations were compared using Students' t-test with the following statistical criteria: p<0.05, significant; p<0.01, highly significant; p<0.001 extremely significant.
