In the analysis of plant height and leaf rosette diameter, most of the data sets did not pass the normality test and therefore Mann-Whitney U test was used to statistically evaluate the data and to confirm highly significant (p<0.001) difference between each of the two synthetic quintuple mutants and respective controls.

The genotypic effect was highly significant (P < 0.001) for each trait and explained a percentage of phenotypic variance between 2.6% (harvest index) and 12.6% (dry matter content).
The differences in genotype frequencies between all pairs of populations were highly significant ( P <0.001) ( Table 4 ).
In addition, there was a highly significant (P<0.001) association between fascin expression and decreased disease-free survival ( Figure 1A ), but the association with the overall survival ( Figure 1B ) was borderline significant (P = 0.058).
purpureus CSU-M183 were extremely significant (p<0.001) compared to that of M . purpureus LQ-6 at 4th day; while the relative expression levels of MpigA , MpigJ , MpigK , cit S , cit C in M . purpureus CSU-M183 were extremely significant (p<0.001) than that of M . purpureus LQ-6 at 7th day.
There was a highly significant association ( p < .001) between incidence of VLBW and BMI category.
The distances between all pair wise combinations of chicken ecotypes are highly significant (p < 0.001).The largest distance value is observed between highland and midland female chicken ecotypes (30.17),whereas the lowest distance value is recorded between midland and lowland chicken ecotypes (17.35).This suggests a potential gene flow from highland or midland populations to the lowland chicken ecotypes.
Patterns in genetic diversity Global population differentiation was highly significant using all SNPs (global F ST = 0.0068, 95% CI [0.005, 0.0105]; global genic differentiation test, p < 0.001), although clustering analyses with ADMIXTURE provided the strongest support for the model with a single underlying population (Fig C in S1 File ).
Even controlling for stage, we observed a highly significant relationship between alpha power and sleep fragility (HR = 5.74, P <0.001).
The expected and observed proportions of affected offsprings by birth rank differ substantially (top left) and the χ 2 -type test is highly significant (p<0.001).
Statistics GraphPad (version 5) was used to calculate unpaired and paired p values: ***, extremely significant, p < 0.001; **, very significant, p = 0.001-0.01; *, significant, p = 0.01-0.05; and ns , p > 0.05.
Also, there was an apparent trend towards increased LVMI with increasing transaortic mean PG (regression coefficient 0.986, 95% CI 0.682–1.291, p<0.001).
There was a highly significant effect of Trial-type, F(3, 54) = 108, p<.001.
