Hepatotoxic SSOs 37, 43 and 47 induced a significant reduction in glutathione levels in mouse hepatocyte cultures while SSO 36 showed a mild but statistically highly significant reduction in GSH at 10 and 30 μM (p<0.001 using two-way ANOVA followed by Dunett’s multiple comparison test).

For these isolates, we observed a significant trend towards an increasing proportion of MRSA CC398 among specimens from screenings (Χ 2 = 155.5; p<0.001) and superficial wounds (Χ 2 = 4.4; p = 0.04) between 2008 and 2012.
In a multivariate model taking ER+/- status into account when assessing the association between PELP1 and ESR1 expression, we observed a highly significant correlation (P ≤ 0.001).
Sliding-window results from population genetic analyses provided highly significant (p<0.001) signatures for balancing selection specifically in the third intron (e.g.
Regionally, snow damage showed a similar trend in each of the 6 the regions (linear trend, p<0.001 for all regions), whereas wind showed a decreasing trend only in some regions (linear trend, p<0.001 only for regions 4, 5 and 6) as well as browsing (linear trend, p = 0.02 for region 6).
Highly significant differences (p<0.001***) were observed in prevalence of four pNLGS (N130, N295, N392 and N448) between South Africa and India, having most disease burden associated with subtype C.
Results showed that both linear and robust regressions were highly significant (linear regression: beta = 0.60, p = 0.001, effect size = 0.94; robust regression: beta = 0.20, p = 0.004) thus indicating that the internal connectivity of the identified regions significantly correlated with discounting behavior.
Statistical significance was determined by ANOVA using a two-tailed Tukey-Kramer approach for multiple comparisons (highly significant ***, p<0.001; very significant **, p<0.01; significant *, p<0.05; not significant ns, p>0.05).

The difference in average DNA methylation of the 3 CpGs in this region was highly significant as well (p<0.001).
There was a highly significant increase in the score within the first quarter (p< 0.001) and a significant increase within quarters two and three (p = .005).
According to the perMANOVA results ( Table 3 ), temperature had the strongest effect on the PC scores, explaining 47.9% of the total variance (R2 = 0.479), showing in parallel highly significant results ( p < 0.001).
The heterogeneity test was highly significant, Q W (12) = 38.43, p < .001, indicating that the effect sizes indeed systematically differed from each other.
In the presence of known predictors of 30-day mortality, mean sentiment polarity was a highly significant predictor in a multiple logistic regression model (Adjusted OR = 0.4626, p < 0.001, 95% CI: [0.4244, 0.5041]) and led to improved predictive accuracy (AUROC = 0.8189 versus 0.8092, 95% BCI of difference: [0.0070, 0.0126]).
Locus D1 has a highly significant heterozygote deficiency (P<0.001) and an estimated null allele frequency of 0.32, above arecommended 0.2 upper bound [45] .
Assessment of heterogeneity and meta-analysis Highly significant heterogeneity was detected when all studies were pooled (chi-squared = 110.45, I 2 = 71.9%, p<0.001), then the source of heterogeneity was explored using meta-regression analysis.
Within the CCA the overall RDA model of assemblage structure versus sample year was highly significant ( R 2 = 0.23, p<0.001) as were pairwise comparisons between individual years (2002 vs 2003 R 2 = 0.22, 2003 vs. 2004 R 2 = 0.12; p<0.001 for both).
