Excerpts
Regression analysis of the cured percentage in untreated patients versus the odds ratio of the ten studies analyzed and presented in table S2, revealed a highly significant linear relationship (Spearman Rho = −0.842, adjusted R2 = 0.806, P<0.0001) indicating that centers with good surgical results do not benefit from pretreatment and centers with worse surgical results benefit most from pretreatment.
We therefore performed one-way MANOVAs which showed highly significant differences among vegetation types within the tropics ( F 2,67 = 27.33, P < 0.0001) and the temperate zone ( F 2,55 = 6.54, P = 0.003), and in the combined analysis ( F 5,122 = 14.5, P < 0.0001).
Results Axial length Repeated measures ANOVA revealed a highly significant interaction between the type of defocus and time of measurement for axial length measures across the six defocus conditions (F (20,300) = 4.60, p < 0.0001).
The results showed highly significant and strongly positive correlations in all subsets: CD3+ T cells (r = 0.92, p = 0.0001), CD19+ B cells (r = 0.96, p = 0.00001), NK cells (r = 0.93, p = 0.00009), and NKT cells (r = 0.90, p = 0.0004).

Although this difference is highly significant (p<0.0001, t = 4.6345, df = 1355, SE = 0.058), the degree of the difference in linear dimensions is relatively small ( Fig 18 ).
Mean FID in the 714 populations ranged from 1 to 180 m, mean (SE) = 11.46 m (1.03; back-transformed from log 10 -transformed data), with a highly significant effect of species ( F = 3.06, df = 158, 555, R 2 = 0.47, P <0.0001).
The time to first parasitemia is shown in a plot of the Kaplan Meier survival estimate in Fig 2 , indicating no significant difference between ARR and RRR groups by blood smear ( P = .46) and by PCR ( P = .41) in contrast to highly significant differences between ARR and RRR compared to infectivity controls ( P < .0001).
The difference between two groups is statistical highly significant; p<0.0001.
Pair-wise permutation tests comparing predicted species richness between the entire small mammal assemblage, native species forest assemblage, and forest-specialist assemblage for the Atlantic Forest of Paraguay were highly significant ( P < 0.0001; Fig 2 ).
Finally, site had a highly significant effect on flower height above ground level (X 2 = 344.16, df = 2, p <0.0001).
( Table 3 ) An older age was a highly significant positive factor for abstinence (p<0.0001).
ANOVAs revealed a highly significant variation among these groups in both these traits (F 3, 109 = 38.4, P < 0.0001 and F 3, 107 = 28.9, P < 0.0001, respectively).
Of the 21 families, differences in abundance of 13 families (Corynebacteriaceae, Staphylococcaceae, Ruminococcaceae, Streptococcaceae, Streptococcaceae, Lachnospiraceae, Pseudomonadaceae, Sphingobacteriaceae, Bacteroidaceae, Pasteurellaceae, Dietziaceae, Veillonellaceae, and Xanthomonadaceae) in N_DF and O_DF were highly significant ( p -value <0 .0001).
One-way ANOVA shows a highly significant difference between Fgr, Fyn, Hck and Lyn expression levels relative to Blk (p < 0.0001), while Src, Yes and Lck are not significantly different ( Fig 1A ).
The correlation between CXR results at autopsy and gross lung PA scores as calculated by non-parametric Spearman's rho (Rs) was strong (Rs = 0.75) and highly significant (p<0.0001) ( Figure 4A ).
Prevalence among HC accounted for only 7% and the results were highly significant ( p <0.0001; Fig 1B ).
