Bats that were associated with the (bushmeat) value chain were more frequently positive for coronavirus RNA (25.4%) than bats sampled at other human animal (peri-domestic) interfaces (5%), and this difference was highly significant (p < 0.0001).
Excerpts
The statistical significance of these differences is highlighted by the asterisks (****) in the figure, indicating highly significant differences (p < 0.0001) between the groups.
There is a highly significant difference between B10-injected and PBS-injected mice in two-way ANOVA (F = 50.32, P<0.0001).
Any regional overlap (within 20 kb) of EWAS and GWAS signals of at least marginal significance (defined as P <1.0*10 −4 ) was identified.
After accounting for multiple comparisons, this level of detection remains highly significant (p-value<0.0001).
This model was highly significant (p<10 −4 ) and explained 7.5% of the variation in African ancestry levels between individuals (adjusted R 2 ).
It shows that the major source of variation was the gene factor, and that there was a highly significant interaction between the gene factor on the one hand, and time, TNF or PL on the other hand (P<0.0001), whereas the interaction between the gene factor and RBC appeared to be weaker (P = 0.04).
All LLR values were positive and the difference from zero was highly significant ( p <0.0001), indicating that the power law provided the better fit to the data.
Results Axial length Repeated measures ANOVA revealed a highly significant interaction between the type of defocus and time of measurement for axial length measures across the six defocus conditions (F (20,300) = 4.60, p < 0.0001).
We observed a highly significant difference between the distance traveled by P-42 and the distance traveled by any of the Aβ monomers, with P < 0.0001 for all three comparisons, respectively ( Fig 2F ).
Tadpoles in full water volume took on average 105.5 days (± 4.0 SE) to reach Gosner stage 38 and 132.65 days (± 4.25) to reach metamorphosis (Gosner stage 42), whereas tadpoles exposed to low water volume took 86.38 days (± 4.43) to reach stage 38 and 89.77 (± 4.0) days to reach metamorphosis, resulting in highly significant reductions in larval period ( F 1,44 = 23.20, P < 0.0001 for days to Gosner stage 38; F 1,45 = 40.91, P <0.0001 for days to Gosner stage 42) ( Figure 2A ).
This interaction term improved model fit and was highly significant in explaining skilled birth attendance (p<0.0001), with older women experiencing a greater increase in odds of SBA per child delivered as compared to younger women, and is in line with previous findings.[ 16 ] While similar patterns were observed among ANC and PNC outcomes, these effects were not significant.
Nucleoplasmic bridges ( Figure 5b ) showed a weak bystander effect for GM15510 (p = 0.052), and for GM15036 the effect was highly significant (p<0.0001).
The effect is highly significant (p<0.0001) for all hemispheres.
The difference in tumour size between the LGR5 knockdown and the parental cells was highly significant (p<0.0001) at all time points, however the growth of tumours overexpressing LGR5 differed significantly from parental cells only for the first 10 days of the xenografts experiment ( Fig. 5A ).
To determine if the effect of FMR4 on cell proliferation is reproducible in other human cell lines we carried out a similar experiment using HeLa cells and found that all three siRNAs against FMR4 also resulted in highly significant decreases in cell proliferation in comparison to control siRNA (P<0.0001) ( Figure 6B ).
In contrast, a highly significant difference ( p <0.0001) was detected in the frequency of mspA phase ON (tract length of 6, 9 or 12Cs) strains in the carriage versus invasive collections ( Table 6 ), with mspA being significantly more often ON in invasive isolates compared to carriage isolates (69.2% compared to 50.0%).
The ANOVA yielded a highly significant 4-way interaction: F (8, 320) = 19.06, p < .0001, partial η 2 = .33.
However, there was a significant difference between the caudal and pectoral fins (p = 0.005), and all other pairwise comparisons were highly significant (p<0.0001).

By 72 hours, a highly significant (p < 0.0001) significant reduction in p-AKT/AKT levels was noted across all treatment groups.
For the 1 mg/kg dose group, IL-6 levels were inhibited by >95%, which was highly significant compared to either the TNF-α only or negative control dAb (DMS5538) group, p = 0.0001 or p = 0.001, respectively.
This change was highly significant, as indicated by one-way ANOVA analysis (p<0.0001).
