A highly significant inbreeding coefficient (F = 0.323 ±0.002; p-value<0.0001) was therefore estimated for this group of clones.

As presented in Table 2 and shown in Fig 2a , our results show a highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001) between fixation counts on items that were answered incorrectly (29.07±21.71) and and those that were solved correctly (17.16±13.89).
As shown in Fig 4 , the IC 50s for serum inhibition of RBD-ACE2r binding showed highly significant (p < 0.0001) correlation (r s = 0.83) with corresponding IC 50 values from titrated PRNT studies.
Limited growth was noted for average piriform sinus length (AveragePSLength; p = 0.0768), but growth in Velum Length was highly significant ( p < .0001).
Results The Dutch breeding bird fauna, as well as all habitat communities underwent highly significant directional change ( p <0.0001) between 1984 and 2009 ( Figure 2 ).
albopictus ), with statistical analysis (permutation test in MorphoJ) indicating highly significant differences between most of these species ( p < 0.0001; p < 0.01; and p < 0.05; S2 Table ).
Statistical study verified that there is a highly significant difference in the prevalence of carbapenemase genes among the tested isolates ( p < 0.0001).
Results Soil biological characteristics The analysis of variance using a GLMM showed highly significant differences (P <0.0001) for the abundance of macroinvertebrate orders between distance to the crown of the tree (below or outside) (29.26 ± 2.22 and 22.66 ± 1.77 below and outside of crown, respectively, Fig 1 ).
Age is also highly significant (younger p < 0.0001 in univariate analysis), as is the prevalence of socioeconomic disadvantage in the local area where respondents live (less disadvantage p = 0.0006 in univariate analysis), but both become non-significant in multivariate analysis, i.e. when analysed in the context of the other independent variables.
Anal vaccinated group showed full protection, which is highly significant relative to the un-vaccinated control group (P<0.0001 and P = 0.0005, respectively).
There was a highly significant 3.5-fold difference in fever load in non-survivors compared to survivors (p<0.0001).
Associations of biomarkers with all-cause mortality in X69 Highly significant associations for 10 of the evaluated biomarkers (all except bilirubin) with all-cause mortality were observed in X69 ( P <0.0001; Fig 3 and Table 2 ) when they were evaluated one by one adjusting for classical risk factors (age, sex, glucose, systolic blood pressure, BMI, total cholesterol and smoking).
However, to explain the smaller pseudopods at low rates, the contribution of time-dependent processes to pseudopod stopping is essential and statistically highly significant (P<0.0001; S5 Fig in S1 File ).
The direction and significance of correlations among the smoking phenotypes within the dataset are similar, with all correlations highly significant (P<0.0001), except for the correlation between age at initiation and cigarettes per day in the NHS sample ( Table S2 ).
The activity of each tested caspase increased linearly after incubation with palmitic acid, becoming highly significant starting from 8 h (p<0.0001) ( Figure 4A ).
In the entire PRDM9 protein of 894 amino acids, only 96 amino acids are in a DNA-binding turn-helix region (8 in each of 12 ZF domains), indicating a highly significant enrichment of nonsynonymous SNPs in turn-helix residues (24/31 vs. 96/894, P<0.0001 by Fisher's exact test).
The mean severity of glistening based on subjective assessment was 0.57 ± 0.60 in the Z-Flex, and 1.82 ± 0.90 in the Acrysof IQ group, and the difference was highly significant (p<0.0001).
Despite significant mixing between Vashon and Whidbey populations with the mainland ( Fig 3 ), the expanded regression model shows a large and highly significant negative contribution of remote geography to cumulative COVID-19 rates in the Puget Sound region: -49 cases/K (p<0.0001).
The pattern of distribution for NM and M trials is almost mirror reversed, and consequently there is a highly significant difference when comparing the amount of original and reversed position trials for NM and M trials (χ 2 1 = 126.0, p<.0001, φ = .75).
The χ 2 comparison revealed a statistically extremely significant difference in the frequencies of APDIs between the TB group and NTB group (χ 2 = 46.680, df = 1, P<0.0001) ( Table 3 ).
