The subjects’ own educational attainment showed a nominally significant negative association with F roh ( p = .045), while the contribution of parental education to offspring F roh was highly significant (father: p < 10 -5 ; mother: p = 9×10 -5 ), with more educated parents having offspring with fewer ROHs.

While performance was similar among groups under nonaugmented feedback conditions [ F (2, 24) = 0.048; p = 0.95], a highly significant Group effect was obtained in the presence of augmented feedback [ F (2, 24) = 51.84; p ≤0.00001].
Genetic structure was highly structured among these groups of populations (AMOVA; permutation tests highly significant, P <0.00001), meaning that most of the genetic variability was partitioned among groups (77.28%), and only a small proportion of the variability was partitioned among populations within groups (14.71%) or within populations (8.003%).
borderline significanceP <10 −5
For the third most significant genotyped loci, located on chromosome 8 in the vicinity of the ZNF704 gene, borderline significance was achieved ( P <10 −5 ).
The identification of moderately significant (10 −2 >p>10 −5 ) SNPs offers a novel method for detecting the “missing heritability” of hypertension.
A highly significant difference in the post-surgical AP dimension was found favoring two-jaw over one-jaw surgeries ( p <0.00001) in OP airways; MD = 3.04mm [95%CI2.76, 3.32], I 2 = 48%. 3.
In particular, the differences are highly significant on branch #1 and branch #2 during the genome reduction period (Student's t-test, P- value<10 −5 ).
did not reach statistical significanceP -value <0.00001
However, after correction for multiple testing, the association did not reach statistical significance (an interaction term P -value <0.00001 was considered statistically significant after correction for the number of interactions tested [23×23 = 529; 0.05/529 = 9.5 10 −5 ].
The increase in PNN density (normalised to the cross-sectional area of the neostriatum) between P10 and P14 was highly significant (one-way ANOVA, Tukey-Kramer test; F(5, 48) = 142.14, P<<0.00001; Fig 7A ).
Combining data from neuropathological and clinical replication cohorts revealed highly significant associations of all ten GAB2 variants (9.7×10 −11 <p<1.2×10 −5 ) with LOAD.
A highly significant protective effect for HLA-A*02 : 01 was observed in females (OR = 0.63, p = 1.21 x 10 −05 ), while no effect was seen in males ( Table 4 ).
The reduced model 2 without the ‘taxon’ term gave a much worse fit to the data, resulting in a highly significant likelihood ratio test (χ 2 = 19.12, 1 df, p -value = 1.228 x 10 −05 ).
This first set of results was obtained with high levels of reproducibility, obtaining highly significant values when the data concerning treatments with R8-PNA-a221 and R8-PNA-a221-MUT are compared (p <0.0000123 in five independent determinations.
Two further general population cohorts, KORAF4 and SAPHIR confirmed the association, and a meta-analysis of all three cohorts (11,258 individuals) was highly significant (p = 1.3x10 -5 , OR = 7.46).
A case/control series in hepatitis C related disease demonstrated highly significant detection (p<1.72*10 −5 ) of patients at high risk of developing HCC.
This is a highly significant enrichment (p-value = 1.98e-5, hypergeometric test).
ID 653 was therefore experimentally regrouped into the viral group, which resulted in a highly significant p-value ( p = 2e -5 ; Fig 7B and 7D ). 3.2.2 Bacterial No statistically significant group differences could be detected for bacterial presence in this investigation.
The difference between the cumulative growth in the number of PVCs in the control and riluzole groups was highly significant, at p<0.00002.
A role for cis -regulatory elements in methylation fidelity was also demonstrated by highly significant (p<2.2×10 −5 ) enrichment of transcription factor binding sites in CGI probe loci showing heritably high (118 elements) and low (47 elements) methylation, and also in loci demonstrating stochastic hyper-(30 elements) and hypo-(31 elements) methylation.
For CS- tones, a highly significant increase in SSA occurred after conditioning ( Fig 4F , 16%, F(1,1801) = 18, P = 2.3*10 −5 ).
We employed standard ANOVA F-tests [ 59 ] to evaluate the significance of the interaction term (reflecting varying slope by treatment group) and found that the evidence did not support inclusion of the interaction term (P = 0.93) when comparing these two models, but when comparing the simpler model to the trivial model that ignores treatment group (adjusted R 2 = 0.75), the ANOVA F-test P-value is highly significant (P = 2.3e -5 ), supporting the inclusion of group-specific intercepts, but not group-specific slopes, in the final model.
In contrast, a higher minor allele frequency (15.6%) of the p.Leu1007fsX1008 (rs2066847) frameshift mutation was seen in patients with aggressive disease, compared to 8.2% in patients with mild disease which was highly significant (p = 2.63x10 -5 , Table 2 ).
